Two products were removed from my order. I was not notified. I have no idea why. If I wanted to buy these products again, I would have to pay shipping. I am really appalled at the lack of communication and customer service.

Bought a lip balm 3weeks ago it cost me £10.50 that's with delivery and at first it went on lovely I don't use it every day but 2weeks later it is dry and no good . I wouldn't use these again . What a waste of money

I wanted to order a bunch of makeup for my upcoming wedding, but got a nasty surprise at check out when I saw that they had suddenly added 120dkk to the final price. This I found out was the shipping fee, and while I do understand that 99% of all places online requires a shipping fee I feel directly mislead and cheated. This should have been immediately in our "bag" or have like a flashing sign in your face saying that when you choose another country for shipment XX will be your shipment fee. This way you will know right from the get go and not suddenly have 120dkk added to your price when you think you have another when you look in your "bag".

I purchased the lash serum and after using it for two days, I woke up the next morning and my eyes had all kinds of goopiness, and my right eye felt like there was something in it, and it hurt all day long. My eyes were red and very sore. This being said, I have to tell people I do not recommend anyone using this product. it’s scary when you mess with your eyes because they are so important and this left my eyes feeling terrible. I did email them and they did refund me the money but they didn’t ask for any information on the product itself or the batch number or anything so that they could look into it and just see if there was a problem with that batch? Therefore I just want others to know that it was a very bad experience for me so please tread lightly when you purchase this product and use it on your eyes. This lash serum went straight into the trash!!!

Let’s start with the positive: elf has good dupes (talking from previous experiences). So, it’s worth the wait. “Worth the wait?” you might say. Yes, the wait. I ordered on the 4th of December with an expected delivery of 5 to 8 business days. After 10 days I still hadn’t received anything, so I emailed and they told me to give it 3 more business days. Now it’s December 28: still haven’t received anything. That’s 24 days, instead of the expected 8. When tracking the package, it hasn’t even been sorted at DHL (delivery company in NL). I’m expecting it will not arrive before 2024? Such a shame, because I love every elf product I have, and was (and am) excited for my ordered products.

The website is absolutely useless! Slow and jumpy! Changing the names of colour shades for no apparent reason and not putting a note on the website so your left wondering which shade is your usual one. Also, customer service is non existent! I’ve been trying to apply a Social Worker discount code for two days but it won’t work. Trying to contact customer service is a joke, they just don’t bother to respond. ELF have just lost a long term customer, I’m very disappointed but standards have slipped.

First of all, the website is constantly glitchy every single time I use it. I can only use my coupons if I'm in the US, which I am not and have not been for years. I don't think they even ship to Canada anymore because it doesn't let me change the country of my billing address, so I can no longer order anything at all. The website also keeps switching in between countries for whatever reason. ELF team, PLEASE fix these issues! Until they can actually ship to Canada again, I wouldn't waste my time. I used to love this store so much and now I have to go somewhere else. Thanks ELF.

I ordered on the 12th of December. It's now the 20th and only now is my order status at dispatched but awaiting picking up package by the courier. I ordered from 3 different cosmetics company's 5 days after and received my items 2 days later. Nobody responds to emails, so don't bother until you're ready to give up and get a refund. It's disappointing at how slow this is. I could have got this from a different supplier and I would have been using it a week ago
