Ordered Several Times Great Quality & Fast Delivery The products are great, low cost and arrive quickly!

I had an email offering free shipping. Brilliant as I was in need of a few bits. I spent around £20, paid by PayPal and waited.... Over a week later I realised I'd had nothing in the post. Looking through my email I also realised I'd had no acknowledgement of my order either, so I contacted E.L.F to ask what was going on. With no apology whatsoever I was told the order hadn't gone through and they would refund. No 'sorry', no 'our mistake', no 'what did you order we'll sort it out'. Nothing I asked if they would honour the free shipping and they couldn't even be bothered to reply to that email. I asked the same question via Twitter and despite replying to gushing praise my question was repeatedly ignored. So there we have it, I will never buy an E.L.F product again and if you need any level of customer service I recommend you don't either.

Awful customer service! Ordered nearly £30 worth of items which I never received so emailed them to ask why, they told me that the order hadn’t been processed correctly so I needed to do it again which I did but still have not received anything. they have taken the money both times! Have emailed them at least 5 times to ask for my money back but they just ignore it! Nearly £60 out of pocket with nothing to show for it! And by the looks of it no chance of getting my money back. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!

I love to shop their crazy sales where they have $.40 brushes or eyeliners. Dropping a star because their website doesn't work well for the rewards program. I try to use my points and it doesn't get added to my cart like it's supposed to. I don't know what to do with all my points.

Disgusting customer service. They sent my items to an incorrect address and are now refusing to refund me. They've claimed they've only sent my items to address I gave, I didn't give an address they pulled details from the billing address and put a completely different town to where I actually live. They're saying once they receive the items back they will refund me, I've told them a million times no one who's got £30 of makeup for free is going to give it back. Thanks Elf, didn't really want any makeup or money anyway.

Twice this company has sent me e-mails telling me I would receive 50% off my order and free shipping if I ordered more than £30 worth of products, but when it came to making a payment, on both occasions I would still have been charged full price had I gone ahead with the order, so I cancelled the order. Really disappointing. Sent an e-mail to customer services on the first occasion but did not receive a reply.

Prices are good and fair, but customer service is very vague and non-informative. I've been chasing a refund (I'm on working day 9 of 14) and I just would like to know for definite that the money is on its way back to me. I emailed to cancel the order, and it was shipped to me anyway, so I had to ship it back. I then have had two or three emails that are one sentence, and are very generic. I'd just like a specific answer to my particular order... It doesn't give me a lot of confidence that the money has been released back to me after just getting: " Please know that refund can take 7-14 business days." - No name in the signature and no real acknowledgement of my query. Really hoping that the money gets to me by the 14th working day.

Absolutely love ELF. The staff is welcoming and informative. I have never had an issue with their makeup. Reasonably priced and wonderful cosmetics!!! The woman who helped me - Melissa, was genuinely interested in helping me and my specific makeup needs. She didn't pressure me into buying anything, she informed me of new things and described them. I ended up purchasing the glow lotion and am totally in love with it. It gives you a nice sparkle, its smooth, and smells amazing. Thanks ELF!
