Places my order over a week ago which took forever picking the right tones and reading reviews to get the best one to match my skin type which is a ball ache. I got a confirmation email straight away but the payment stayed as pending. Checked today no payment showing entered my tracking number and get an uh oh message. I haven’t got the patience to do this all again. So will just stick to my normal brand. No communication from the company which is poor!

don’t sleep on e.l.f. Cosmetics! affordable, good quality & fast shipping. I got all new makeup, brushes & skincare products; I just used the makeup (don’t really wear makeup, kind of starting late in life haha) & I like it. good coverage, lightweight and PERFECT match to my tone. & I got free shipping & 2 free items so that was a plus as well!

Ordered over a week ago. Still saying in process but checked online banking it was pending yesterday but today no trace of elf so now don't no if I will get my order or not. 😞 Confused to say the least.

It’s been 9 days since I placed my order and still waiting for it to be dispatched! I’ve never had this problem before with any other company, it’s actually a bit shocking! This was the first time that I order from them and it will certainly be the last

UPDATE AFTER 1st REVIEW: Only after I sent an email enquiring about my order did I receive a response with a parcel tracking number (while is yet to show any information from Royal Mail). As a customer, I feel as if the company was in no rush to ship my order and was only prompted to do so once I emailed to voice my concerns. All in all, I am very disappointed with the service from this company and already have a tainted view of them before getting to try the products I ordered. There is simply no excuse for having to wait 9 days before a business send your order out, especially when there is no correspondence explaining why nor apologising. Personally, I feel that large companies should bear the additional cost and use a reputable courier company at a reasonable rate for their customers instead of offering free delivery over a certain amount (£25 on this occasion) and leaving customers waiting and in turn, angry. I have stopped using other companies for this very reason and will not be using E. L. F. again. I genuinely thought it was a scam website due to fact I had no contact from them until I initiated it.

Elf cosmetics is a wonderful brand. There prices are reasonable and products are great. I have had to call customer service once but they were wonderful. Quick, simple and ready to help!

I recently ordered a few things from e.l.f (things I've purchased in the past and love!!) And a couple of new things. Well my first box was never delivered and I think someone stole it because we recently had another issue where FedEx stole our phones(and wont get back to us!) Anyway my point is, e.l.f cosmetics offered to refund my things or to redeliver free of charge and you just can't get ANY better than that!!! So I just wanted to say thank you!
