You have to go to the chat box and ask for your order number and then it’ll give you the number and also give you the link to track your order. I found that out after 2 weeks of waiting for an update on my order. So the actual information to track your package isn’t even one the website itself.

I am still waiting for my order placed exactly 2 weeks ago. No updates were provided. I get orders from China arriving much faster.

Trust me when I say it’s best to buy their products in store or any other website EXCEPT theirs. I’ve seen that a lot of other people have had the same problem in that they’re very bad with shipping info! A week passed and I received NO updates until I emailed them, which I did because I read another view saying they did the same, and that is when my order finally got shipped the next day. It was like I had to give them a reminder. Save your coin and the stress and buy their products from elsewhere because they’re good products but terrible communication.

I ordered nearly £30 worth of make up a week ago ( 30th August) and I havnt even had an email saying it’s been dispatched or delayed. Sat here wondering if I’ll ever be told when my order is coming or if it will ever come

Great products (mostly), but possibly the worst website I've ever used and noexistant customer service. The website is constantly slow and glitchy. Also it's isn't worth joining the beauty squad because the website won't let you use points and you don't get a reminder for the birthday discount. A great clarifying face wash, with a good price.

My computer automatically filled the shipping info with my old address and I hadn't noticed it until I processed the order. Contacted elf around 12 am and they replied at 3.30am and changed my shipping address for me :) So happy with how fast they were with it!! Great customer service.
