Customer service is horrible and condescending. I approached them about a possible collaboration and they told me I wasn’t a creator but a consumer so I wasn’t to be considered. If they even took the time to look at my account with over 50k, they would have seen all the beauty and skincare brands I have collaborated with previously. Tone of voice was shocking and they couldn’t even compose a proper business email. It sounded like my 12 year old sister sending me a text message with loads of exclamation points and impolite.

Absolutely awful don’t waste your time, I already have products from elf that were bought for me last year. I wanted to then order my daughter some things for Xmas. First time I put in my card details thought order had gone through. A few weeks later I noticed o hadn’t received anything about delivery. Checked online and it said no order. I attempted a two further more occasions, it said they accepted Amex but clearly didn’t. I then tried with a debit card order went through properly this time. Not received an order, so I contacted them and they have told me they have locked my account. I wasn’t even aware, I thought I was just waiting for the order. I have never experienced so many issues with one company before. All emails I have sent are responded with by their generic messages so not even identifying or rectifying my issues. It’s now a week before Xmas and I have to find another shop to order and get delivery from before Xmas day.

Tried placing the same order 3 different times on different devices (incase it was a device/browser issue - God loves a tryer!) nothing was shown on my online order history so this gave concern (eventhough I'd received a confirmation email from e.l.f) . After emailing their online help I received an automated response which was no use what-so-ever, inevitably it stated the problem was mine, browser/device/Covid/Life...., further attempts to get help via the online chat facility with some automated bot called E.l.f ie (yes really e.l.f ie) who gave me a # without a reference number, well it would, it's a 'BOT', ...anyway moving on... I've thought about it and I think it boils down to e.l.f not really wanting you to successfully place any orders, why else all these hurdles? The e.l.f products are good - even great (when I simmer down) the online site and help facility are dreadful++. In the end I placed my order using (ole' trusty faithful Superdrug!!!) wish I'd thought of it before (! damnit) makes you appreciate All the straight forward purchasing we take for granted.

I placed an order and waited almost a week for a tracking number to hear me say that my order was placed under failed status ....no explanation nothing

Placed an order while discounts were on offer, received confirmation & order no. 3 days later when I checked my account for the order status it's nowhere in sight. On contacting customer services am told order was voided the same day as I placed it. No communication from them to tell me that it had happened, go back on website to re-order & discounts have finished. What a con!

Dumpest customer service ever seen in my life! So here is my story with them: Last week I got an email saying they’re on 40% off so I said it’s the occasion to get all I ever wanted to try from them, so I put like a lot of stuffs in my cart then a message shows up saying hey since it’s your birthday we will give you a mist for free I said ok, little while after I got disconnected and had to order everything again but this time I couldn’t find the mist that’s free. I contacted their customer service and they offered me to buy what I need then send them my order number so that they add my birthday gift, which I did, but after sending them my order number they simply said “oh because you have the 40%off then you can’t get a birthday gift” which is non sense as a gift is not an offer, so I refunded my order, and re ordered but this time I found the gift online and guess what? I received my order with the 40% and the gift ! So these people are just lying trying to scam people ! This was my first and last time ordering with them even if I really liked their products, but with such customer service? Hell nooooo

Have ordered a few times from elf, shipping was normal (2-3 days) and their beauty rewards scheme is great. The customer service is fantastic, I emailed and received a reply within ten minutes all most every time I emailed back! And was handled by very friendly, informative employees. The products are a good price, work well and are cruelty free. Would 100% recommend.

I ordered £25 of goods plus 2 free gifts. Finally received shipping info which was missing a product. Queryed it and was able to replace. However, upon receipt of my order another item wasn't there. They don't tell you items are out of stock and have not reduced my payment total.
