I will start by saying the delivery is ridiculously slow! However the quality of products for the price is great. I ordered two orders on 01/01/21, I had my payments pending and then they disappeared, when following up with customer service they did confirm this might happen but I will be charged properly once my items were shipped. I received the shipping confirmation for one parcel 11/01/21 and the second parcel 12/01/21 and both were delivered two days after the shipping dates. Quality of products are really good however be wary of the slow delivery, order a couple of weeks before you need to renew your product.

Items are fabulous quality. But orders always take up to 14 days to arrive which us not good.

I did not deal with the company directly so this does not go against them at all this is simply a product review. I am not allergic to anything I used the superhydrate a moisturizer with hydrating squalane and my fore head is breaking out with a rash. If your even slightly sensitive to anything I do not recommend using this product

I wish I'd read these reviews before ordering. My order was cancelled without informing me and I only noticed when it took a while to arrive (giving extra time for Covid). When I emailed to ask why it was cancelled and why I wasn't informed they replied "It appears your order has been cancelled, we will refund you". When I emailed again to reiterate my question they responded my address was invalid, funny how I manage to receive other mail to the address. They wouldn't respond to me asking why I wasn't informed. Judging by other comments the customer service is definitely lacking.

I ordered on the 1st January and my order has still not despatched (its now the 12th January as I write this) I'm so disappointed, I only ordered 2 small items!

What more is there to say really... Love Love Love Elf Cosmetics they have a great selection from makeup to skin care to hair care ECT.. Always a customer, never been dissatisfied so far..

The products here are amazing and even though i ordered in a particularly busy period, the products were still sent in good time. Would definitely recommend elf!

Placed order a month ago. Still waiting...
