I received a product that appeared to have been used over 2 weeks ago. I immediatly took a photo and asked on the elf cosmetics instagram. No reply. I asked several days later on twitter. Again no reply. A week later, I asked again on both. No reply. Another week, asked again on both, no reply. Now I realise they ignored me simply so it is now longer than 14 days so I cannot return the product. Wow, that has to be a new low for a disgusting company

Delivery was a week after ordering but still faster then they predicted originally. Bought the full coverage foundation and pore less putty with a few other products. So impressed the coverage is brilliant very light on the skin not cakey at all amazing products will definitely be a regular in my makeup bag can't get over how great it looks and feels. The colour match on there website is spot on never got a foundation to match my skin tone as well as this one.

Took ages to be delivered. Elf cosmetics foundation is not very good doesn't last all day and makes skin very dry. Wouldn't recommend

I phoned customer service today cause I was having issues with my payment. I told the customer service agent what is going on and I was rudely hang up on. Don’t think I’ll be ordering from elf again if they treat their customers that way.

Makeup is good and nice price but dont order online. Its been a month and a half since i ordered mine amd it still hasnt come. They also said if you spend $25 its free shipping so i purchased enough for that, but still had to pay $2.99 for shipping. Extremely disappointed overall but the makeup is good.. maybe just stick to purchasing in store.
