Bought an Eleglide M1 and it's been nothing but a nightmare! Only 2 months in and the display goes kaput, then the pedal assist joins the dead. What's the point if it doesn't even do what it's supposed to? This isn't what I signed up for. I'm beyond frustrated. I didn't shell out my hard-earned money for a glorified paperweight. It's unacceptable and I demand a refund or compensation. Selling a product this unreliable is a joke. Fix your mess, Eleglide. Buyers, consider yourselves warned. Steer clear unless you want to throw your money away.

I had a problem with my M1+ I couldn't get the back wheel back on properly it just wouldn't spin or freewheel. I sent customer service a email explaining my problem, A reply came back within 2 hours with pictures and a video clip showing how to refit the wheel correctly. My M1+ is now back on the road and my 9 Mile trip to work is a breeze. Thank you Customer services
