I had a problem with the electric sensor in the pedal assist and the customer service was willing to help me. I went to a repair store in my country and when my bike was ready i send them the proof of work and they refund me all the work!

First order was delivered after long time and after I sent cople of message to Eleglide, because the delivery company Yodel was totally absent and just recived items and after long time of keeping in Yodel depot not moving a finger. The second, controller I ordered was different than in the photo on website an model, one cable was different, short and with different model of conector. After I sent photo o of this, on second mail they understood that something wrong. The only way to solve the problem they decide to send me a pice of cable with corect connector to attach to existing cable and plus 15 to 25 working days for delivery. The original controller come with waterproof cable not glue or made from piece. In the end I pay for normal controller and I received a lego on full price, and more, first delivery take almost one month and second expected to be one or more months. I will not recommend this company!

Delivery came reasonable time, i order front wheel for bicycle and it came with damaged spoke and bit scratched rim

Sadly the part was out of stock for a long time. When the part came back into stock they where very prompt and efficient notifying me. After I placed the order again they where very prompt and efficient getting the part to me.

Had some damage to the brake leaver of my bike and was delighted to see that Eleglide were able to supply the replacement part and at reasonable cost. Bearing in mind the part came from within the UK and was being delivered to a UK address, I thought the shipping charges were somewhat excessive for a small envelope sized parcel.. However, good to see that a good majority of parts are available for my MI Plus electric bike if needed.
