I ordered the: Electric Mountain Bike M1 Plus（with APP), which they later told me was out of stock, so i issued a refund, and they told me they would help with the refund. I asked if theres a number i can call to help with the refund, and get hit with a auto-reply message telling me they are on holiday, when i just got an email from them a day before?? Its been 3 days and no answer still, really disappointed, hopefully i get the 1000$ back soon. Update: Got the money back

It's a very great bike.I am loving it.Except brakes,need a little bit improvement over there.Overall thumb up in all aspects.Highly recommended.

Suite accident, J'ai pu avoir la fourche la roue avant complète, ainsi que le jeu de roulement de direction. J'ai contrôlé le cadre mais celui ci n'a pas bougé , c'est du solide . J'ai pu redresser le guidon. les pièces commandé on mis un peu de temp pour arriver, mais fallait qu'elles traverse l'Europe.
