Shopping at Elegatto's online store has been a breeze! The website is user-friendly, and I love how they provide detailed descriptions and high-quality images of each item. The ordering process is smooth, and my purchases always arrive well-packaged and on time. Plus, their customer service is excellent and responsive. A great online shopping experience overall!

Unclear that they didn't offer refunds. Products are low quality and ugly. Don't waste your time/money.

I ordered a bracelet for my husband. It arrived in good time but unfortunately is too big despite us measuring the size. I completed the return and exchange details and then received an email to say my request was rejected as I did not choose the option to ship and pay for the item myself. The other option was to get a return label generated which I naturally chose. I have emailed the company 4 times now and received no reply. This is appalling customer service and I now have a wasted birthday present which is useless. Very disappointed and would not recommend buying from this company.

Looks great with my watch! Got it as a present long time ago and still look great. Holds the shape and gives good vibes.

Poor quality not like picture. Unable to return. I was told items that have have scratches or that show they have been worn cannot be returned. I ordered a Pelagus Aegean Blue bracelet. Looked beautiful in pictures however not like the pictures. Do not order as you will be disappointed.

Photos on website are very flattering, the bracelets were not great quality and one was completely the wrong size. No help from customer service when you are based in UK. Also locking screw fell off within one week and was lost. I have others (different suppliers) where the screw design means it cannot fall off. They should look into this at the very least. Shame, very disappointed.
