ElegattoReviews of elegatto.com

I've been a loyal customer of Elegatto for a while now, owning 7 of their bracelets and 2 necklaces, and I couldn’t be happier with my purchases. The quality of their jewelry is outstanding -- the pieces are durable and have held up extremely well over time. They look as good as new even after regular wear. Also, my contact with their customer service has been positive, and they really go above and beyond to ensure their customers are satisfied. Highly recommended to any fashionable person.

I just bought a bracelet from them.. It took me a while to make a decision to buy one... I just pay for one red bracelet, the web site it said in stock. So I make the purchase. After about 10 days they said it out of STOCK. after apologize for they only said if I want keep buying this or cancel the order.. Instead a bigger discount an any other...or something.. But nothing.. If I wait meaby got this one for Christmas...😂🤣😅... Do not waist your time whit this company EVER...

I'm very fond of the Elegatto products. I make a mistake in my order with a wrong size. I wrote Elegatto customer service and they resolved very quickly with a new order. I'm very grateful for that.

Their customer support is very helpful

First of all, Elegatto offers a great service and support. Prompt reply and quick resolution on any situation. Received my orders, and the products (bracelets for men) not only look great, they are just outstanding. Delivery is fast and accurate. Nice packaging too with a spare screw -just in case ;-) Thank you Elegatto team. Will come back for more purchases.

Saw them advertised on Instagram, and decided to order a few bracelets. I really love them! The packaging is great for gifts, and the pieces are very stylish. I'm always getting complements.

I cannot say enough great things about this company. First and foremost, their products are elegant, stylish and extremely fashionable. The ordering process was efficient, and the products were shipped in a timely manner. I must highlight the outstanding customer service as well. My order was accidently sent (it was my fault) to an old address and before I had a chance to inquire about the shipment a representative, a lovely person by the name of Karla reached out to me and sent a new order out. I highly recommend them.

I ordered 2 braclets for my teenagers birthday. But in 2 wear it got ruined, the threads starting coming out of the connecting piece. But Elegato's customer service was amazing, they proactively reached out and send me a replacement. I am grateful for their service and I am hoping the one that got ruined was 1 of piece. hoping the replacement stays
