Got a silver cuban chain from Elegatto
Got a silver cuban chain from Elegatto. Solid. Had it for 2 years already. Wear it everyday, swim and shower in it. Color is still the same. Clasp works well. Recommend !

No refunds. Returns to USA only. UK customers avoid.
Their returns process can only be described as duplicitous. For a company that ships from the UK they don't allow returns / refunds. You have to pay to return to the USA and then they only offer store credit. The cost of delivery is not refunded either so it's not viable. In addition the bands are small. And the cords are very (VERY) thick — almost bangle sized. Not a good look for a guy IMO. I'll be giving mine to charity rather than send back for a few quid of credit.

very bad experience with the shipping!

Images on website flatter the product. It isn't very good quality. Description of size is inaccurate, advises a typical male size and it is quiet small. Really bad design for fitting, try putting it on with one hand and you give up. Needs a second person to fit due to design on clasp. Disappointed to find refund policy is only credit note. Should have know it would be a let down when at the pint of no return on the online order I was asked what 'tip' I would like to give. How can a company that sells products and controls price request a tip? This isn't a service industry where the customer can choice if they have been satisfied enough to tip. Asking for a tip on product supply and before it has even been delivered is ludicrous. Sums the company up. Stay clear is my advice.

Do not order without reading this first.
Bracelet's ordered for men were described as typical or usual size on their website. They can barely fit a woman's wrist. Clasps are almost impossible to use one handed. Company refuses to even provide a store credit.
