The product sizing is very difficult to get correct. And the delivery took two months. Ultimately I got what I ordered but one of the bracelets is too large to wear. More precise sizing would help a lot. But I do like the product that fits.
Response from ElegattoJul 17, 2026

Incredible experience! Ordering was quick and delivery was fast. When the items arrived, they were beautiful, good quality items packaged elegantly. I did have an issue where one of the items I purchased was too small. I reached out to the Elegatto team for an exchange and Chloe was amazing and such a pleasure to work with. She treated me with care and went above and beyond to help me get the item exchanged as it originally was a clearence item and it was a gift for my wifes birthday. She was quick to respond, provided timely updates, and all around just made me feel like a valued customer. Elegatto really knows how to run their business and has definitely earned my loyalty. I look forward to shopping with them again.

Providing attentive, caring support is exactly what we strive for, and we will be sure to pass your kind words along. Thank you for your loyalty and for choosing us for such a special occasion. We truly appreciate your support and look forward to welcoming you back next time!

I bought three watches as it was buy 1 and get 2 free from Eleganto. Two out of the three were broken when they arrived. I have emailed their support 4 times over the past month with no response. Would never do business with this company again. UPDATE: I have sent 4 emails to that email address and you haven’t responded to any of them. Please don’t act like you want to help now that I posted this. You have the emails I sent, if you want to help then reply to them.
Response from ElegattoJul 17, 2026
