Tried to order a bracelet for which the website offered 'site wide' 30% discounts. A pleasant consumer support person advised me that they were just kidding, that the bracelet I chose from the site as one of their 'best sellers' was a clearance item and for some unexplained reason clearance items although being on the site, we're not covered by the sale offer in the headline of the company. Nowhere were any 'site wide' exclusions mentioned. Silly to complain about a $10 fraud when Ukraine and Elon Musk are going on, but English is English and site-wide means site wide.

The item you were interested in was not a clearance item but one of our bestsellers, which is why the discount was already reflected in the price. While most items are included in our promotions, clearance items do not apply since they are already discounted, regardless of ongoing promotions. Well. They claim to be USA and CA based. The product comes from China, it is shipped by Yanwen couriers that have zero responsibility and even worse reporting. Been waiting to get updates and all I get is that it has left the f..... facility. Elegatto just ask for details and then say it is on the way.
