I wanted to take a moment to personally thank Elegatto's Customer Service team for their prompt response and invaluable support throughout my return process. I acknowledge that the items I purchased were non-returnable sets, but made a mistake on the size of my bracelets (intended as gifts for my close friends at my wedding), so I truly appreciate their willingness to assist. Having worked in sales and customer service myself, I genuinely respect their dedication to resolving this issue and upholding their company’s reputation.
