Awful & unhelpful customer service.

Unfortunately we had to use elavon merchant services to handle online card payments. All bad reviews are true. Customer service/merchant support is somewhere between pathetic and non-existing. All agreements are extremely one sided, with a lot of penalties and hidden charges for merchant. Yearly PCI compliance process is a one big scam. You as a merchant must declare, that elavon has all security certificates and process all data on your behalf in a secure manner. How the hell can I tell what certificates do they have? And if you not declare that they are OK you cannot proceed. That's forcing you to make a false statement. Can't believe how they become such large corporation while offering such crappy services.

Worst service I have ever had threatening behaviour towards myself cause I wanted to know were my money was. Ignore my calls abusive staff make up stories I lost thousands because of this company holding my money annthen claiming they did not have it offered me £50 as compensation I then got the financial Ombudsman Service involved witch did nothing PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS DISCUSTING COMPANY

The worst service we ever had! We decided to sign up with Elavon thinking that Costco always provide good value at a good cost. Well, not with the merchant services. We cancelled our services with Elavon after one week. You are virtually left to figure out everything on your own, the moment you sign your contract. Our account manager never contacted us, despite our numerous attempts to get a hold of him. It has been over two weeks that we can not receive our money. They can not figure out how to transfer $7,000 to our account. Seriously? Every time I call, it's a different story from a different representative. They do not know what other person is doing. I could add many more details about them, but I don't want to waste any more of my time. I can not even express the feeling I have about this company. Absolutely disgusting.

We have had a great experience with Elavon. They showed substantial savings from our last provider and we were given support going though the PCI complaince with secured pro. Business reviews mean we can keep up to date with developments and how best to service our customers

Have seen the poor reviews on here but these certainly do not reflect our own Companies experience with Elavon. Our business has benefitted greatly from the Elavon system and team and saved a fortune from our previous suppliers Worldpay. Our contact Chris is always contactable and has a"find a solution" attitude for complicated cases. Recommend without hesitation.

Top notch from us. Having used 123 send and then Worldpay in the past with poor service. We now use Elavon for our small business with great results. Fair pricing, Fast service & an absolutely brilliant local sales representative. All money paid into our account next working day without fail. 100% from me!!

This company are the worst out there for PCI compliance. We are an IT company and have to help our customers achieve compliance. It is like talking to a brick wall, no one reads what you write in the webportal they just hit a button and say rejected. I think this is the next banking scandal PCI compliance, they provide the terminal and then run you through hoops.
