Signed up with Elavon services for my new broker/wholesale business and after using for just over 1 month got a call to have a 'review' and ended with closing my account. (not my choice, THEY SHUT DOWN MY ACCOUNT!) After explaining to them some of my charges they responded with "you cannot use your terminal for accepting sales of product that isnt yours" .. THATS LITERALLY MY JOB/BUSINESS! ..as they knew considering when I signed up for my account I had to describe my company. I buy from manufacturers and resell to people. What terrible customer service... way to damage the ease of my business and lose a customer. Makes zero sense. Screw this company!

I'd give it less than 1 if I could! As others have said, the website is totally unusable with broken links. Totally had it with this shambles of a company and looking for a new merchant provider

I do not recommend anybody to use this company. Customer service advisors are rude and unhelpful. Their charges will appear cheaper than any rival companies, but it will end up costing you more in the long run. Advice - STEER WELL CLEAR.

If you are looking for a merchant services provider DO NOT USE Elavon. Their customer service is truly awful and the iMerchantconnect website is practically unusable. They make hidden charges that are unwarranted, they will force you to use their rubbish PCI/DSS service even though they are not allowed to do this. They will charge non-compliance fees when when you are compliant. Just do not use them, there are plenty of other providers who will care about you as a customer, Elavon will not.

One of those companies who thinks their system works well, cant get statements easily, get locked out for no reason, they then supposedly unlock your account, only for it to happen again. Don't receive correspondence from them and when you call for any kind of resolution they are rude and unhelpful. Tell them your leaving, they call you with in a day and ask why, you tell their rates are crap and they still don't budge. £30 for them to collect a PDQ??? greedy as hell. Many other companies offer better rates and customer service, these guys?? they are a joke. bye bye.

If I could give them minus stars I would.. DO NOT I repeat DO NOT use this card machine company, Machine never works,inc today my busiest day of the year! Never has signal,fails transactions etc constantly... I have spent literally hours in the past year on hold to them needing to the boot my machine... Disgusting... DO NOT use this company

18 months of getting jerked around by Elavon. Now they change the phone app without telling me. Can't process transactions. Customer service people are a joke! I'm going with Square!

Absolute lack of customer service. They 'had' to upgrade our card machine, in doing so their engineer incorrectly installed it and left our phone line out of action for 24 hours. Elavon accept absolutely no responsibility for this and not even an apology. Disgraceful company, go elsewhere.
