I should’ve come here first this people are unbelievable bad. Mariana is one of the the people who can stop your payouts and keep your money for no reason and then tell you to call Chargeback department to fix it,then when you reach that department they told you they had no idea why you are calling them 😳 and why Mariana told you to call them,they playing with you around to get you tired and give up. Mariana doesn’t have work ethics at all she told me i am closing your account and i am keeping the money and there is nothing you can do just like that, Who does that ? What kind of company is this ? Just so you know they have 10k hold and the are making me pay for everything instead of using the money they have this is awful,shame on you Elavon

Fraud company They will steal your money and your customers money

Wish i had researched this most terrible company before doing business with them. Absolute crooks! I can't believe my bank referred me to this company. They have horrible customers service, they will lie about fees and charges to get your business then take excessive amounts of money from your account. They don't respond to phone calls or voicemails. One representative will tell you one thing and another will tell you something different. If you value your time and money i advise you to stay far away from this company. Use square who won't rob you for $100 for pci non compliance, about which i knew nothing as their representative never informed me that i had to pay a pci manager fee. Square doesn't even charge you a pci fee. Worst business decision i've made was doing business with this company!

Worst company ever. Shame on Costco to advertise for such crooks.

Horrible company! Acts as if they are above speaking directly with customers from higher ups I reached out to ask a question in regards to new equipment that was sent to me with only a qr code with vague instructions only to be told shouldn't have the individuals name nor should I be contacting her because the equipment was handled by another company but that had nothing to do with her making that statement and the representative relayed the message exactly. This isn't any way to treat anyone let alone a potential customer but to say the least I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone or anything! I'm currently still trying to send back equipment and receive the fee that I was charged.

miserable terrible company, bad customer service, never get back to you, avoid at all costs, use stripe. They contacted me, but still getting minimal help from the terrible Merchant Change Group. Who refuse to provide any assistance in helping me update my bank account for deposits. Would avoid business at all costs.

I made the mistake of trusting Costco's relationship with Elavon for the credit card processing for my business. I won't do that again after this ordeal that continues to this day, nearly 9 months after I started with Elavon. Costco was zero help in resolving this issue. After the first few successful transactions, Elavon held the next few successful charges totaling over $7,500 with no explanation for why, except that they didn’t want to do business with me anymore, then terminated my account. There were no suspicious or fraudulent charges, or no chargebacks or refund requests in the short 30 days they processed my charges. In fact, they approved and allowed the charges to go through, then held my money and have done so to this day. They even charged me the processing fees for the transactions that they illegally withheld. These illegally held monies nearly put my young company out of business because I had to deliver what my customers bought without the money I needed to deliver on those purchases. This meant nothing to Elavon when I explained it. I have all documentation to prove their horribly unethical and illegal behavior as I have described. And from my research, there is no regulatory oversite for companies such as this, so they continue their unethical, illegal actions with impunity. Thank goodness for platforms like Trustpilot that allow business owners to warn others of unscrupulous companies like Elavon. Their so-called fraud department is actually the one perpetrating their fraud on small businesses like mine, which I unfortunately found out only after I engaged them as my payment processing vendor. Had I not trusted Costco, and done my normal due diligence, I would have realized that my experience wasn’t unique, as is evident from the many one-star reviews here and on other review platforms. After six months of holding my funds illegally I requested for them to be released and I heard nothing back. Don’t believe any of their PR answers to the 1000+ one-star reviews here. They are a scam operator that I can’t believe has not been shut down yet by banking regulators. Stay clear of this company for your own good.

Be careful!!!! Elavon will take funds will debit your bank account for any reason after you close the merchant account , if you choose to close the merchant you should close your bank account immediately Elavon always will find a reason and will debit your bank account some kind of a punishment
