Customer Service The technician was exceptionally knowledgeable. With clear instructions, she guided me through software upgrade process. And while waiting for the upgrade, she patiently answered all my questions with answers that I would understand. We have been bothered with some issues for the past 4 years and no one seemed to be able to fully resolve them. She was able to explain in details with very efficient language. I had a bit of trouble updating bank information for the merchant account. I called and spoke to Jasmine who helped me through the process to reach success in a matter of minutes. Her knowledge of Elavon merchant system is impressive as well as her customer service skills. I also spoke to Robin who was beyond helpful with my request to confirm the bank account updates and if I could proceed to process card transactions. She confirmed and reassured to go ahead. What a pleasure it was to experience REAL CUSTOMER SERVICE with Jasmine and Robin. A rarity in these days of automation and artificial intelligence that is quickly replacing human contact. Do NOT do business with this company. If you decide to cancel your account they will ignore the request; string you along; expect a record of cancellation (which they will not record); automatically take funds out of your bank account; and deny there was a cancellation request. If you prefer not to throw your money away then DO NOT DO BUSINESS with Elavon.

Customer service rep, Robin, was amazing at trying to figure where my deposits were and if the IRS's levy was a once time thing, She was very reassuring, and did an excellent job searching out the answers that were causing me stress.

Sunny Bravo was excellent. Spent a lot of time looking down every avenue to attempt to resolve our issue. Unfortunately, some people are garbage and we weren't able to get the information we needed.

Sunny was cheerful, pleasant and put me at ease. Dealing with the terminals makes me anxious and she handled everything beautifully and with confidence. She solved my problem today.
