So I ordered masks from them late February. They DIDN'T MARK IT AS OUT OF STOCK and so I ordered them. Right away, they claim the money, while not shipping the masks I ordered. I email them and they say they're out of the items I ordered WHEN THEY PROCESSED THE MONEY I PAID and DIDN'T MARK THE OUT OF STOCK ITEMS AS OUT OF STOCK. So my question is, 'THEN WHY DIDN'T YOU MARK IT AS OUT OF STOCK?' I basically find out in order to secure as much money they can, while they're out of the item, THEY DON'T MARK IT AS OUT OF STOCK SO THAT THEY CAN GET AS MANY PEOPLE AS POSSIBLE TO PLACE THE ORDERS SO THAT THEY CAN SECURE AS MUCH MONEY FOR THEMSELVES and still able to use the excuse that '3M is pushing back the deliveries'. What a terrible company.

I agree.. ordered mask in Feb said they were in stock. WON'T ANSWER EMAILS OR CALLS Better Business Bureau needs to be involved.. that 10% BS needs to be refunded!

I ordered masks two months ago,I paid with PayPal and never receive email confirmation .,but they did charge me on my paypal.i just emailed them to check my status and told them if no update from my order eta then please cancel my order .they do cancel my order but charged me ten percent restocking fees even I never receive any email confirmation say they are processing my order .this is totally a scam .dont waste your money

This is really a scam. I ordered 3M masks, but it has not been shipped for several months. Later, I applied for cancellation of the order, but I did not get a full refund. I checked the comments, it turned out that everyone was deducted 10% of the money, this is awful

Here to write about the same thing the last few reviews have covered. Basically went online over a month ago to order masks from their website and nowhere on their website did it say that the masks were delayed, out of stock, or backordered. If I had known this ahead of time that I would have not ordered from them but their website made it seem that the items were in stock so I placed my order with three day expedited shipping. After several days I heard nothing about the status of my order so I had to find the email them to find out what was going on and that's when they told me that because of the current situation all masks or backordered and delayed. I decided to cancel the shipping since that was pointless and they refunded that perfectly fine. But as the situation has progressed I decided to go ahead and cancel the masks since I knew I wasn't going to get them anytime soon. They refunded me but I noticed that they kept a small portion of my money. I emailed them about it and they just sent me a copy paste of their cancellation policy which states that they can hold on to 10% of your refund. I've been going back and forth with them via email to get my money back and they are absolutely refusing to refund the fee saying that they're not making any money on this situation. I think it's absolutely horrible that they are pretty much scamming people by not alerting their customers to the fact that these items are delayed and then when you place your order and go to cancel it they tell you tough luck and keep 10% of your refund. What a very scammy company. Will never order anything from them again.

Same as the many, many other poor reviews here. I understood that they might not have the masks to ship me, but I was shocked when they debited my account for the full amount anyway. I naively thought that they would debit my account when they shipped. That was over a month ago. I canceled my order since I have lost income due to the pandemic and could use the money, and they won't refund me fully. They keep 10% of my money. It's plain thievery and should be illegal.
