I'm glad that I only purchased 1 item from this website. I'll see it as a purchase of a lesson : never give your money to small unknown website even during pandamic time.

we purchased masks from this website. when we purchased, there was no indication that the item was out of stock. approx 25 days later after not receiving the order, the vendor penalized us 10% for cancelling, citing this was their policy (never noticed said policy). their products were never shipped, yet they charged a cancellation fee. at this rate, your vendors can hold funds indefinitely and upon dissatisfaction of the customer, the customer cancels, and they keep their fees... oldest trick in the book of deceit!

Product was listed in stock as a 2week delivery. 2 weeks passed no product. When i emailed they said product was being restocked and if i cancelled now I'd lose my place in line. So another week goes by and they send me a notice my order had been canceled offering no explanation. When i emailed again they said my credit card had been flagged (funny I've never had this problem before) so finally i just placed my order with another vendor and a few weeks after that received my product. I will NEVER order from them again.
