EIOReviews of eio.com

I posted some comments on their website. But they deleted this one! "I ordered 3M™ 8210 Particulate Respirator, 8210PB1-QP on Feb 3rd, and still not receive them. I have waited for 2 months!" This morning I received an email from them that my order has been canceled without any reason....

they were very helpful and refunded my money when they were unable to fulfill my request.

I also purchased face masks way back in February 2020, and it showed them in stock; mind you it has been way over a month and given the current situation in the US, it is understandable that they are out of Stock. HOWEVER it would be/WOULD HAVE BEEN appropriate to indicate that they are in fact out of stock on their WEBSITE and notify their customers pending a shipment, rather than take our money and bait us. THIS IS NOT RIGHT. Why do they never pick up their phone?? Probably because this is a scam website!! I have been trying to contact them constantly, with no answer.. To this day, I have tried calling both phone numbers and no one ever picks up the phone. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!! Again, I understand why they would be out of stock, however for a company to never answer their phone, this is the thought that this company is fraud, not bc they do not have a product in stock. STAY AWAY FROM Eio.com.

Purchased some masks in early March. They were displayed as in stock. Didn't hear from them at all since then. When contacted through email, I was notified that I was wait listed for the items, because they were not in stock to begin with. This is a FRAUD. Now I am fighting to get my money back. Please STAY AWAY from this company. It is a SCAM!!!!!

Order E-3090045527 - Originally was a bad review because for a half month I could not get any response but they did end up responding and canceling my order. I am annoyed because the website did not say the product was out of stock but rather let me pay for the product without any indication it wasn't in stock. I am happy they did return my message after a couple weeks and returned my money.

Website is extremely misleading! When ordering the mask, no indication its out of stock. Its a scam and they are out there to claim administration and restocking fee after you cancel. They should clearly outline their status. & policy before purchasing! Having placed the order back in Feb, Ive still have NOT received y masks. No one ever picks up the phone. After cancelling my order, I received a text message stating full refund then I received an email stating partial refund.

Stay away from this company...liars, frauds, and cheats....plain and simple. Tried to order product that was not showing out of stock, but in fact was, per a note several days later....they charge my account the full amount the day I ordered. After waiting 3 weeks, and asking for a refund, the part that really angered me was not the slimy policy they had about taking a 10% 'restocking' charge on a product they did not own, and never shipped, but the fact that they would also took 10% against the shipping charge when the refund was processed! It's not the dollar amount that upsets me, it's the principal, and the methods these loosers use to steal money....a deduction from a charge they never incurred is otherwise known as THEFT!

Scumbags trying to profit during times of fear. They accept orders and payment knowing they cannot fill them and then blame the customer for ordering. They charge 10% cancellation fee. Hope they get shut down
