Same story as all others. Took my order and money, never shipped over two months later. When we asked to cancel and refund the deducted 10% cancellation fee for not being able to fill my order. Where in the world do they come from. BBB will soon shut them down. Nothing but a crook website. Look elsewhere.

Do not purchase anything on this site. They are running a scam. They advertise products as available, charge your card, never ship product, tell you product is backordered when you contact them, then charge you 10% when you cancel order. Wash, rinse, repeat..........total scam! Edit 5/19/2020... If I order something and the EIO site says it is in stock, no problem, I buy, EIO ships and all parties involved are happy. However, if I order product that the Eio site says is IN STOCK, but upon further review EIO discovers it is backordered, I should be notified right away. Thus giving me the ability to either cancel within 6 days, if I chose not to wait for stock to come in, and avoid the 10% restocking fee. It is EIO responsibility to make sure their website has accurate inventory information and contact customers in a timely manner when inaccuracies are recognized. Burying your head in the sand is not an option! The only reason I found out the product was backordered is because I contacted EIO 2 weeks after I placed the order when I still had not received shipment of goods ordered. On top of it, EIO had no idea when the product would even be available. Just claiming the 10% fee is in the fine print is not an excuse to run a shoddy business, mismanage orders and then just blame it on the customer. EIO SHOULD NOT BE CHARGING ANYBODY'S CREDIT CARD FOR PRODUCTS THEY DO NOT HAVE IN STOCK OR HAVE THE ABILITY TO GET FROM SOMEONE WHO DOES HAVE STOCK. EIO needs to seriously revamp their customer relations strategy. Won't be in business very long if the customer does not come first. Without customers there is not business!

Thieves selling on WalMart website exploiting the possible delays with mail due to COVID19 and the fact that WalMart Representative may not be available to handle the matter timely.THEY WILL GET YOUR $$$ AND NEVER SHIP PRODUCT!!!! BUYER BEWARE!!! You order, you pay, they get money and don't ship item. They will use Walmart to refund you a portion of your $$. Instead of shipping your order, they inform you it is shipped using a shipment number from previously delayed shipment. USPS Office of inspector General has been notified of this theft.

Scam company. They will take your money for items they don’t have, make you wait months for an item they never intend to ship, then charge you 10% fee for you to cancel it -

I would like to give a zero star it the system have. Definitely a shameless website! I ordered a product for 2 months, and it deducted my money but not having my things shipped out. And I asked for cancellation, they ask me for a 10% cancellation fee. They said "oh, we have our cancellation fee right on the website, can't you see?" ..the policy sign is so small like an ant!

25% Restock fee. Order the wrong item, I paid to ship the item back and tried to put another order. I was charged $125 restocking fee. They don't answer the phone when I call and it usually takes 2 to 5 days to respond by email. Don't waste your time!

I have the same story. I ordered the masks online for almost 2 months, nothing happened, but they took 10% cancellation fee.

I placed my order over a month ago and have never received it.
