EIO took my money on 3 12 2020 for masks and never sent them. I wrote to them monthly to inquire about status of order. They used excuse 3M required additional information to fill orders so I filled out the info sheet. Told on 7 7 2020 I would be sent the masks no masks arrived. Now the company via email from Matt T denies refunds are available to customers yet they represented (and i have screen prints) the buyer could get a refund minus 10% cancellation fee. The policy moves like the wind. They will not send masks and will not refund. They find it legal to take your money and not fulfill the order. They are listed on Amazon as well as their own site. Concerning Amazon and 3M does business with a company who takes money from consumers with no intention to fill order. To take advantage of consumers in a time of COVID 19 for use to avoid the disease is disgusting.

Ordered two SilverStone SDP08B-E Drive Bays from their web site because their price was better than anywhere else. There was no indication that the items were not in stock or would be delayed. In fact the item listing on the web site says "Free Shipping" as well as having a banner: "FREE 2-DAY SHIPPING On Select Items", so I expected quick delivery. When I did not get an order confirmation email after a few days, I emailed them and was told "We are expecting this to ship soon. There have been some delays due to COVID". Two weeks later, I again emailed them. Their response stated: "We are still waiting for more stock to come in from the vendor". Upon hearing this I cancelled the order and will buy from a reliable supplier, albeit for more. In their August 19 response to my original review, EIO referred to a link concerning shipping delays applicable to 3M respirators that does not apply to my order. Neither does their implied threat regarding illegal recordings as all communication was via email. There was no voice communication. I will NEVER buy from EIO.

DO NOT ORDER MASK FROM HERE! It's been 4 1/2 months since my order and cannot get an ETA when I can get the mask I ordered. They already charge my credit card for items that they did not even send! I don't think this is even legal! Since it's been over 60 days, I can not even have my credit card dispute the charges. I submitted a "consumer complaint" to the California government regarding the EIO.COM company since they are located in CA. I would suggest doing the same so that the CA government can see that a lot more people were involved in this scam. 8/20/20- I am responding to EIO response to my review. EIO should have sent emails out for any changes in their policy. EIO have my email address to send me any changes to their policies that they change during the pandemic. This is not how EIO should treat their customers who have been waiting patiently for the order items because EIO asked us to wait!! If it’s not a scam then what is it?? When I decided to order from EIO, I made a decision base on the promises that they will send the products as soon as they can. No emails of any changes in policy or a status on my order were ever sent to my emails unless I submitted a status check on my order. It was just waiting and hoping they will send the order out soon. It seems like EIO was preying on customers urgent needs to protect themselves from the pandemic to make money without actually delivering the goods. By the way, I still didn’t get my order and it’s been now 5 1/2 months. 8/24/20 update- It seems that EIO went from not allowing me to cancel my order couple months ago to refunding the amount back to my credit card today. I wasn’t even contacted about the refund and I think the only reason they didn’t call me was because they took 10% for restocking fee. THIS DOES NOT make sense since there were nothing to restock! I encourage people to send complaints to GA of California, better business bureau and any local TV station. I submitted something to the ABC news to help everyone out. I still want my FULL refund.

In February 2020 I ordered two orders totaling $97 for 3M particulate masks. I contacted them in March and they said they were delayed. I contacted them in April and I spoke with Rick. He told me that the orders were still pending and they would be sent out however I could cancel if I wanted to. I said I would wait a little bit and see. I emailed the company three days ago and told them I never received them and I wanted a refund at which point they told me that they were Unable to cancel and they were nonrefundable So I paid them $97 back in February and here it is the end of July and I have no masks And they are refusing to give me my money back. This company is horrible and their business practices are unbelievable. I am going to contact the Better Business Bureau. And leave reviews everywhere I can find.

Same thing as the others. Ordered a 3M mask and cartridges. Paid through PayPal. I never received the masks or the cartridges. I am trying to get a refund through PayPal, but it looks like PayPal is working for the merchant. The best thing you could possibly say about this company is that their terms and conditions are abusive. In my case, an a lot of others, it appears to simply be a scam.

Outstanding Service, will buy again.

- Placed two orders in February because they made customer think that masks will be available within a few weeks - When I emailed EIO in March, they informed me that they shipped out orders that were placed in early February and I placed my order in late February - Placed one more order in early March after reading their post stating that certain mask has the highest quantity (made customer believe that this mask will be available sooner than other products) - EIO said it will take several weeks when I emailed them in April - I kept emailing them to find out the estimated shipping date, they keep saying they do not have ETA yet - I requested EIO to cancel my order that was placed in March and EIO CHARGED ME 10% of what I paid as a cancellation fee! and they said "You agreed to this term when you placed your order. This item is also non-cancellable but we let you cancel it. Nowhere does it say in stock and if you looked at the banner on all pages you would see it was out of stock. We are not making money, we are actually losing money. Our system charges when the cards get captured and when we refund we don’t get it back and we can’t cancel with 3M." They are the one who told me that it will take several weeks to receive my orders and now they are blaming me for placing orders. I would've never ordered if they told me that I would have to wait for 5 months!! Also, there was NO sign of "out of stock" when I placed my orders (I even have a screen shot of product page) - Anyway, if you want to cancel your order, PLEASE CONTACT PAYPAL DIRECTLY AND FILE A CLAIM!! YOU WILL GET FULL REFUND.

They are trying to take down posts now l!!!! I cancelled order after EIO failed to ship after two months. They charged me 10% on PayPal refund! They appear to be scamming customer selling stuff they don’t have in stock and charging you 10% for refund.
