I purchased the 3 months subscription just to try it out. I was then asked if I wanted the lifetime subscription at £79.99 and I thought I hit no and instantly got a notification of a charge of £79.99 from my account. I immediately got in touch with the company and I was told they don't refund the lifetime subscription but the had cancelled my 3 month one so I won't be charged again but no refund. My bank has asked me to give them 24 hours for the £79.99 refund but I'm not holding my breath. This has caused me all sorts of stress and now financial pressures. Just to add I have contacted via emailed advised below. They point blank refused to refund my lifetime subscription of £79.99 and cancelled my initial 3 months subscription with less than 1 minutes between both. The app itself is a complete waste of time and money. It is a complete scam. Do not go near it.

Una stella perche' non si puo' mettere meno. E' una truffa, mi hanno tolto i soldi per un abbonamento per 7 giorni che non ho mai confermato e stavano per togliermi altri 37 euro per un altro abbonamento mai sottoscritto. Per fortuna Poste italiane mi ha chiesto conferma dell"operazione e spero di averlo bloccato. NON APRITE MAI QUESTE APP ANCHE SOLO PER CURIOSITA'.
