CRIMINALS
They charged me yesterday 32£ and when I called the bank Said it’s the second payment from this merchant . I HAVE NEVER HEARD OF THEM AND DONT KNOW WHO THEY ARE . They are criminals

Utterly awful
Utterly awful. They market themselves as an app to help with ADHD. I'm sure I cancelled as I didn't find it helpful but I can't find the proof (ADHD) so I've been told I can't have a refund for the payment they've taken that I had no idea they were taking. What I can see is they didn't remind me or do anything else that might let me know they planned to take the money from me especially given their core audience are disabled and they should know that memory and executive functioning are a concern for us. I'm so disappointed.

I was charged for this app but never…
I was charged for this app but never authorized the payment of $39 !!! And, they refuse to reimburse me ! This is a yotal scam, and they are ripping off people !

Zero stats be more appropriate — this company is criminal
Zero stats be more appropriate. This app will charge you without asking. Criminal, predatory business practices. Plus, it’s a copy of some other app. Effecto, you are dishonest and emailing you many times has not helped. I wonder how much you guys pay for these positive reviews… likely more than you’re scamming out of people, stealing directly from our credit cards… but perhaps not. But then, factoring in all the support people you have to employ, to deal with our complaints… is it worth it? To scam people and then hide?
