Awful product- Do not use! Very small font, not easy to navigate. Purchased and downloaded and opened it realising app would not work for my dual diagnosis FASD and ADHD. Only opened it and saw that I would have issues using it and wrote to explain my issues. No understanding about disabilities and refused to refund even though app had not been used and downloaded 10mins previous. Terrible customer service.

Terrible experience, as the app advertised it supposed to be life changer so I paid for subscription as they didn't had trial version for 7 days when I was buying it. Paid,checked the app,it's terrible, gave me more anxiety if anything, loads of text small fonts,no visual to help organise,not worth a penny. I knew it's definitely not for me so I asked 5min after purchase for refund was waiting very long for any reply and was declined because it's " digital product " and can't be refunded. Why not? Just block my account and give money back,scammers

The App itself promises much and delivers very little, it really needs to be tweeked for better user experience. Within the 'tasks' dates and days are out of synch, like operating a diary for another year. But worse of all, they, with the assistance of PayPal have taken a subscription payment despite my account being cancelled two months prior to payment date. I'm very dissatisfied

Hey. The app is great and I enjoy using it. There are two ₪. 1. Clicking on a daily photo or uploading an image, puts the screen into a flickering and endless loop. 2. The more I use the Home screen, the slower is the response. Can take 5 to 30 second and minwhile the app is stuck.

JUST HERE TO RIP YOU OFF. ADHD ABUSE Hid their subscription notification, I only saw this on paypal under 'medical score' - when I challenged it, saying I had never subscribed to such a service they accused me of lying. They've made it difficult to cancel.

Absolute Scam - They should stop trading! As someone with diagnosed ADHD, you struggle on a day to day basis, and often think you're behind and failing in life. The marketing of this product is misleading and insinuates that it can be life changing for you! However, it's no more than a basic diary / journal app, with condescending "advice" and techniques. If the person creating this app had any sense, they would know that their methods aren't ADHD Friendly, and are setting people up to fail immediately. I am disgusted that such companies can advertise to help with serious conditions involving vulnerable sufferers. I've requested a refund, but told that I need to wait for "Senior" management to decide whether I will receive my money back. Please don't fall for this trap!
