SCAM! DO NOT USE! Wish I could give it zero! Wish I'd read the reviews before buying. There is no "personalised" plan at all - just general adhd advice. The app is just a habit tracker app, and seems quite hard to use. I have had to go through my bank to get a refund - they refuse any asked for. Absolute a**holes taking advantage of people with ADHD. Scam . Taking advantage of ADHD Brains. As the previous review , I sat there for 40 minutes for the onboarding call no-one showed up . I paid for a service that does not even deliver what was promised .. ADHD plan ... you mean your generic videos .. seriously ... not even funny .. No refund policy ok I will do a charge back . No Doctor consultation as promised ... I spent 40 minutes sitting here for nothing ... Service not rendered ... as it called in legal terms.

I paid for the app and scheduled an "onboarding" call to learn how to use it (it's not intuitive and I don't know how it works better than my regular schedule). No one showed up for the call. I reached out multiple times to request either another call or a refund as I've not used it and not even sure how. In response, they cancelled my membership, did not offer a rescheduled call, and refused to provide a refund as I received the product "without issue". Useless app + awful customer experience.

This app is so granular that while the UI is great, the UE is not. Instead of having a fifteen minute introduction and explanation video, which I didn’t receive until the following day, maybe have pop ups that guide a new user step by step through all of the possibilities in the user interface: allowing them to make their personal decisions on the spot as they open the app for the first time; almost feeling like a questionnaire and a tutorial together. Same with the insights: show how the app correlates the data and invite users to prioritize what insights they are looking for from this tool. As it stands, opening the app is confusing and daunting: a wall of text that has no connection to me and worse, has no meaning in general. This sounds cheesy, but maybe like Duolingo have some sort of rewarding/encouraging art direction for successfully tracking and developing insights: you are marketing this to neuro atypicals. Logging data is torture for us, make it worth it.

It's a SCAM! I wish I had read reviews before buying. It's just a tracker and then has a plan in it but all it is is copy/pasted information from the internet. It is not personalized, and they are taking advantage of people with ADHD by making them think there is a way to get it under control. Infuriating and heartbreaking at the same time.

Unscrupulous company with a business model designed to con those who are vulnerable into parting with their money. They target people who clearly have issues, ADHA, low self esteem, low self worth, anxiety to name but a few and make them believe their app will help make their lives better. It’s disgusting they are allowed to get away with this. The only positive was getting my money back but I had to raise an issue via PayPal to do so.

Scam, advertised personal health care plan this is not delivered 3 professionals advertised on their website are not affiliated, appears to be a scam company based on the health care app Fleming. Same logo and everything just a different colour. 2 days after purchasing my card was used fraudulently I’ve since cancelled the card and going through the recovery process. Requested refund of app within a day only to be told no refunds are given I hope people are smarter than me and read reviews before buying! It’s just a poorly designed tracker that I doubt even works
