Their customers service reps are nasty and rude. I very kindly asked for a refund after forgetting I was being charged for this when I never used it and was met with very rude people. No kindness at all. Scummy and shady company.

Can someone please explain as to WHY no one will join in on the online boarding call to get started with this app. I initially paid £100 and have had nothing. They have stolen £100 from me, my anxiety has hit the roof 😭😭😭😭😭😭

Absolutely discusted by this app. As others have said in their reviews, I thought this app was for managing adhd. I paid for the app before going to download it because I thought that was the only way to access my "personalized plan". Of course on their site I only saw good reviews. It's a decent tracking app, nothing special. I just don't get why they are marketing it for adhd. To keep up with that much tracking only to get slim results is not going to work for most people experiencing add or adhd symptoms. I have reached out to effecto, hoping they will refund me, but I have doubts that they will since others have tried and failed. I also contacted PayPal, and I am hopeful they will refund me if effecto does not. I feel that this is a scam and that I was misled and almost used. When marketing something for adhd, they are attracting a specific audience. In this case that audience has a condition that makes it very likely that they will make an impulse purchase without doing the research they should have done. Effecto is making a killing, but they are doing it dishonestly.

Appalling company and a complete SCAM they’ve taken my money and I have never even been able to get access to it! No refund. Reported to trading standards

It's grate that I can describe in few perspectivs my day in one form. But the app on ios ipad is not perfect.

Was recommended this app by a therapist to help with adhd - so thought it was official signed up and they look payment, I didn’t even set up a password. Tried to cancel it with my bank and even cancelled my card but they managed to take payment. Was going to try and refund but based on everyone’s reviews I’m not even going to bother, too much stress. Didn’t even get to use the app.

SCAM - said they would happily refund but then waited till I was past the paypal dispute window before then refusing. The app was broken for me and they didnt even try and fix it! Absolutely disgraceful company!

This company is a complete scam. I regret spending any money for it. I have scheduled three "free" onboarding calls and no one has showed up for them via Google Meets. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHOULD YOU USE OR TRUST THIS COMPANY!!!!!
