This app is a complete scam. I took the quiz got my results was very interested, but in doing a little research, I saw reviews saying that they will charge your account without your permission and that it was a scam. Because they will set you up with an account and charge you without you ever completing the purchase. That is what happened to me. I had gone to the check out and linked my PayPal but never clicked complete transaction but yet I have been charged 180 dollars till I realized I was paying for a subscription I never started. I never received anything in the mail like the books they show on instagram and I never got a purchase confirmation email or an account and login. Upon bringing this to their attention, they tell me everything was delivered properly but again nothing ever came. This is just a money grab from an overseas company. Look at their BBB ratings. Effecto. I have reached out to your team and your team told me I was properly billed even though I never received anything and I never got a login for your app. I’ve asked them to provide me proof of delivery or a login or a confirmation email and they have neglected to turn over anything so posting on here to reach out to them is not resolving the issue. Please have someone contact me directly.

DO NOT SIGN UP TO FREE TRIALS/SUBSCRIPTIONS This app is extremely predatory to people with ADHD. They use people’s desperation for help managing their ADHD to sucker them into a free trial which I feel they intentionally make 3 months long so it is long enough to forget the fact you didn’t pay for the subscription over an App Store, but instead did it online, so that, if you do remember to check to cancel the free trial (most people with ADHD will not remember to check at all), you think you already have because it’s not under your subscription list, so you think you’ve already cancelled. I think they also make it 3 monthly rather than monthly to make it harder to spot when checking your bank statements for reoccurring charges. They also don’t have an easy way to cancel, you have to go into the app, into the help section, find the relevant article, which doesn’t format itself properly so you can’t read it in full. Anyway, it said something about emailing them so I just decided to email the customer support and hope for the best. Really predatory. Considering how easy it was to sign up, it should be just as easy to cancel but they make it as difficult and stressful as possible Also, the app isn’t even good. All their claims about being scientifically made to help people with ADHD is nonsense. It’s bloody £41 every 3 months for absolutely nothing! They’ve just found a hack to use the typical scummy subscription app tactics to specifically target a demographic of people with a learning disability which means they’re more likely to fall for them.

Learned a lot about myself using this app. Love the meditations and sounds this app provides.

Love the insights tab on Effecto. After a few weeks of using it, it tells me what affects my mood changes, what are my mood trends and etc.

I am very annoyed with this company! I paid £11.99 for 1 month plan, which I was really looking forward to. BUT they have also taken a payment of £79.99 for a life time plan of which I did not ask for. Why would I buy a month's plan and a life time plan also I am 73, and surly do not want a life time plan. More so I can't afford a month plan. They refuse to refund £79.99 to me Hopefully pay pal can help me This review has my daughters name on it my name is Jean Plumridge

It is nice to have something like Effecto. It feels manageable and not stressful.

This application is brilliant for getting motivated to stick to my schedule. I have struggled with negativity for years, but even after just a week with effecto, I feel a shift in m mindset. Highly recommend!
