I am being charged by these on my PayPal, I have never heard of them been on their app or have any use for their services I have tried contacting them and reported fraud to PayPal

Exploits people with adhd.
This app targets people with adhd, notorious for impulse control, then promises them the moon with at least 5 pages trying to get you you to spend more money up front. Also let's you delete your account so you can't access it, but will still charge you a subscription.

Subscription set up by stealth
This company took what I thought was a reasonable one-off payment for access to a diet plan. I received a confirmation email saying it was a 1-month plan. Unfortunately I didn't use the plan at all. One month later, I had a notification from PayPal saying they had taken a second payment, double the original amount, which came as a complete surprise. On emailing Effecto, they have said they won't refund it as the product was delivered and they don't offer refunds on digital products. I have sent them a screenshot or my order confirmation email which clearly shows that what I bought is called a one-month plan but they refuse to acknowledge that they did not make it clear that I was buying a subscription. I find this business model unethical and inconsiderate.

Bunch of scammers!
Bunch of scammers!! Never heard of this company, never subscribed, never downloaded any products from them and yet they have charged me and refuse to refund the money. Customer service are useless and sent me an alleged copy of an email confirming my subscription…an email that also said I was located in Richmond and Sweden! Steer well clear of this group of scammers!

Crooks
Back in March, I cancelled my subscription due to lack of use. I didn't fight for reimbursement, as I hadn't cancelled. My bad. Today, having been reassured back then that my subscription was cancelled, they took my money again. They say they cannot reimburse, but this is absolutely false. Shocking customer "service". Looking into escalating this complaint as it's totally dishonest way to run a business.

Warning: A scammer site
Warning: Do not sign up for any trial or promotion. This is just a gateway for them to take much more money from you. They scammed me out of 217.29 CAD for services I did not use! If, like me, they scammed you: report the problem directly in AppStore or Google Market. There are so many of us scammed, big companies must be aware. If you sign up for a trial use with Mindway, they quietly renew your plan and charge you double the price until you notice. In September, I signed up for a 3 months plan only, paying 35CAD. The app Mindway was not helpful so I didn’t renew the plan. Despite that, something called Effecto has been charging me double the price every three months amounting to 217.29 CAD in total! They charge appears as *Medical Score Automatic Purchase* on your bill, so people might overlook the charge thinking it is for something else. Be careful! I already contacted their support people they mention here and Nora told me she will not refund the charges. Note how striking 38% one-star reviews here say the same about the company. This is just a money stealing business pretending to be a mental health app, ironically.
