I have been a subscriber to efax since soon after it opened for business, in the late 1990s. Today I called in because I had recently received an invoice for my efax service which didn't appear correct. I called and spoke with Ella who confirmed that the invoice sent from an alleged company called med pulse was in fact a scam. Not only was the invoice for an amound almost double what I pay yearly, but it included no contact information for med pulse which was a giveaway for me. Every reputable organizations include their contact information. Ella was personable, gracious and went over how to fax from my email account which I had never used and will be a great help. Ella gets 5 stars or more for her patient manner and knowledge about efax. She went over my account to see if I had any additional questions or concerns which I appreciated. A few years back my companies CFO set our escrow department up with an eFax account. Well, he retired some time ago and as the IT admin there was a recent request for me to add an additional line to the account. This was the first conversation that I've had with eFax. My experience with the representative, Minh, was everything I hoped it would be. All of my concerns addressed, all of my questions answered and every actionable item taken care of on one call. After I initially signed up for the service and attempted to send the fax which I had bought the service for, it failed to send for some reason. And later my account was temporarily suspended for some reason. Fortunately their support staff (Eveldina in my case) seem to be helpful and on the ball and managed to resolve my problems, it's just a shame that the flaws of system and infrastructure itself requires that you need the help of the support staff.
