The service works, but you may have trouble cancelling if required.
Like others have stated, it is a nightmare to cancel your subscription. I cancelled in March 2018 but have been charged twice since then. Customer service is a joke, can never get through to speak to anybody. Update: Upgraded to two stars as in the end I managed to get through to somebody who was polite and courteous and ensured I got a refund and my subscription was finally properly cancelled down.

Hi James, Thanks for your review, sorry to hear of your experience. We've sent you a private message asking for your customer id or fax number so we can look into this matter further for you. If you could reply to that message we'll investigate this and have someone reach out to you. Many thanks eFax Support Team

An absolute disgrace.
Awful. Do NOT bother. Refusing to cancel my subscription, I've been charged 3 times since my trial as they will not cancel it. They're fobbing me off and asking me to give out my card details via the online chat as they "can't locate my account." I am reporting them and their site, please do not waste your time with them. I have never even used the service, and I will not be happy until it is cancelled and I receive a refund.
