Very new to the service but the support…
Very new to the service but the support team are really great with our teething problems so I hope the service continues. I spoke with John today and he gave me some super tips.

De oplossing tussen oude en nieuwe techniek
Een dienst die welkom is in deze digitale maatschappij. Wij hebben een klant die niets van de digitale wereld van e-mail etc. wilt weten. Goede en snelle service van het Engelse hoofdkantoor in geval van calamiteiten. Ga zo door!

Very excellent and quick service! Great!

The service is great and simple
The service is great and simple. Just a few minutes to get going! Their customer service is polite and great, very simple to deal with. I had the honor to be served by Mr John Bekema, great guy, great attitude and did get my request done in just a matter of minutes!! Would recommend this to anyone needing a fax service!

EFax... Una garanzia
Trovo ottimo il funzionamento di questo servizio, gli invii e le ricezioni dei fax sempre perfetti e al primo tentativo. Mi sono avvalsa del servizio clienti telefonico per avere chiarimenti più di una volta e l operatrice con cui ho parlato e' sempre stata chiarissima e propositiva nel consigliarmi le migliori soluzioni per le mie esigenze Consiglierei a chiunque questo servizio

Kündigung wird nicht bearbeitet, dann doch nach 2 Wochen
Kündigung wird nicht bearbeitet. Immer nur fadenscheinige E-Mails das noch Daten fehlen. Hat man dann alle Daten keine Reaktion mehr. Heute dann der Rückruf vom Kundenservice. Kündigung wurde bestätigt und auch schriftlich . Man bat mich um Entschuldigung für diesen Umstand.

Very satisfied with the level of service
We have been using eFax since May and the level of service and customer service have been excellent. They have made things easy and simple for us as new customer. Thanks to Madalina for the assistance and consistent follow up. We have been very happy with the support.

I was very impressed by the customer…
