I've ordered from Edible Arrangements before and have always been satisfied. However, this time I ordered a Father's Day arrangement from the Huntington, NY location and was extremely disappointed and dissatisfied - the fruit was hard and bitter. I even spit out the honeydew. I hope it's just this location and that their normally delicious quality is not going downhill.

Wish I had read the reviews before I placed my order. Thought that a company that deals in deliveries would have appreciated this time as an opportunity to excel at customer service. Ordered a Father's Day arrangement,on Wednesday, June 17, 2020, to be delivered to my 70 year old father, whom I have not seen since the pandemic. The order was to be delivered on Saturday, June 20, 2020. When I had not heard anything from my father all day, I called him at 8:45p.m. to see how he enjoyed his edible arrangement, only to discover that it had not been delivered. I called the customer service number, only to get hung up on repeatedly when I attempted to leave a message regarding the order. Further, I went online to check the status of the order (placed 3 days ago) only to find there was no status information. Thank you Edible Arrangements for taking a moment that was supposed to special, for someone whom I haven't seen in several months, and butchering it...Great customer service :-(

I sent my daughter the cheesecake platter for her birthday. And I am so glad that I did.it was beautiful.on time and just all in all a great gift.

I ordered an arrangement for a neighbor as a surprise gift because they take care of my yard work, almost 2 acres. It was thrown on their porch by UPS, I saw the delivery. My neighbor did not see it till the next day & it was filled with ants. So much for my surprise & although they claim to deliver happiness, I was very unhappy that customer service did nothing to compensate this senior citizen. Perhaps it wasn’t packaged good enough to be thrown on the porch; otherwise the ants would not have been interested

Worst company to order from! HORRIBLE customer service...long waiting time. No one calls back or responds. Ordered a birthday treat for my husband. It came all melted and looked really unprofessional. My 10 year old said she couldve made it better for daddy. Trying to get my money back and its been weeks and no one picking up any phone!!!!! NEVER AGAIN

This is a customer service post that I sent directly to Edible Arrangements, did not get a response at all. I sent my mom an arrangement for her birthday and accidentally sent it to her old address. =( I saw that it had not been delivered and called the support number and was told that the address could not be corrected and there was nothing that could be done even though it had not been delivered. I tried to call UPS but since I was not the sender, I could not do anything. I tried calling back 12 times and no one would answer. While I realize this was my error, I feel like you should be able to help me by contacting UPS since it is your account. I am out $65 and am really disappointed in your lack of customer care. I will be posting about this on my social media accounts if I do not hear back from someone. I also want to know why this was not made by a local store and was shipped instead of delivered. You guarantee that everything is made fresh at a local store. Please contact me asap. I called another number I found and spoke to a John who told me it was my fault and there is nothing they would do. My mom received it and it was all melted in the end of the box, she also called and was told they would not do anything. I will never order here again, their customer service is HORRIBLE!!!

I love to write reviews and normally use my own words but when my friend received the gift she said "it looked expensive and was boxed so wonderfully and Godiva came in a separate box, It looked expensive, I knew you were rich." I am so glad to have sent a gift that looked beautiful, tasted great, and brought a smile to the Birthday girl. We are living during some difficult times so I find joy in making others happy. I would highly recommend sending an "Edible Arrangements" gift to all of the special people in your life. From a variety of fruit to chocolate and balloons; let "Edible Arrangements" bring some pleasure to your loved ones.

Placed an order for days before delivery date that I wanted. The invoice has been paid. Order was not received. Since I could not be with my granddaughter for her sixth birthday I thought this would be a nice surprise for her. But the surprise was on me. I have been trying for hours to get in touch with someone at customer service and at the local store. I have left voice mail and have not received a response
