I placed an order in Manalapan NJ.I paid $5.00 to add a balloon but the person received the fruit but NOT the balloon...The following day I called the store and let the manager know that she did not receive the balloon.She told me the helium machine broke. Well then why wouldn't I be informed and credited the money????? I asked to speak to the manager and she said she was the manager Hahahaha. She said she would refund me my 5.00. I asked if she would apply a coupon for this mistake and she said NO. Be careful!!! This is not good..I know its only 5 dollars but it's the principle of the matter.Not good customer service!!!!

I have been using this company for as long as I can remember, for both personal and professional reasons. I have always been extremely happy with their services and their products. However, last week when using their services for a manager of mine who is moving out of state I had my first awful experience. I put in an order over the phone for a delivery several days in advance. I was guaranteed delivery by a certain time in the afternoon, before my manager left. 5 minutes before this time her products had still not been delivered. I called I spoke with the same lady I had placed the order with and was told they do not guarantee delivery delivery by anytime and that I must have misunderstood her. The same lady who was so pleasant when I had ordered before, was now not so pleasant. She was rushing trying to get me off the phone. She said she would cancel the delivery but they could not refund me. Needless to say I stayed late after my shift was over to wait for the delivery that I had paid for but was unable to present it to my manager who had already left. I will no longer be using this company after years of trusting their services.

I'm usually a fan of Edible Arrangements but I just had a bad experience that I want to share. I ordered a platter a week prior to date of delivery. It was mostly baked goods with some fruit tossed into the mix. I get a call late the day prior to delivery day to call regarding my order. I called them, couldn't even leave a message, much less talk to a person. I got a call the morning of delivery telling me that they aren't doing baked goods at this time. That's most of my order! She got an ear full for sure. My advice is that you call the day before to check on order to make sure it's all good. I told her that had I known no baked goods weren't available I may have chosen another route. This is for an office so I was thinking that if there are leftovers, what the heck are they going to do with them - my solution was baked goods that last longer and better. This problem was from the Westhampton, NY Edible Arrangements.

I made an order on 8/7 online from edible arrangements and it was to be delivered on 8/8. The package came today 8/10 delivered by FedEx after 10:30 and the results are attached in pictures. Disgusting and I am ashamed this is what my mother received after her birthday due to late delivery. I should of been called and notified of the delay sat and other arrangements could of been made for alternative pickup. There is no excuse for this type of issue to occur. When I got a hold or Corporate they refunded me and offered $6 off my next order than $10 after calling all morning. DO NOT order if FEDEX is to Deliver COVID delay and disgusting deliveries.

Terrible experience for a first time customer. ONE.. they didn't make the delivery on time TWO.. THEY turned it around on me making it seem as if they last delivery was my fault. Three.. Talking to a "manager" That has bad bad customer service. I asked for corporate number only to call that number to still end up talking to the SAME PERSON I JUST GOT OFF THE PHONE WITH AT THE STORE. Ask for a refund but all they offer me is a store credit. Very disappointed in the whole service why would I want a store credit as if I want any services from this place ..Germantown location P.S and I still didnt get anything I paid for.. SAD

The worst place ever. Don’t go!!!! I was there for 9 am to pick up my order and no one was there. When they got there I asked for my order and the lady had the nerve to say we just opened and I need time... The nerve of them. Awful place. Don’t go!!!! Awful Awful. So mad because they handle you any kind of place.

Tried ordering cookies for myself on a random Tuesday. It took 5 hours to get delivered and because of their refrigerated truck, the cookies came hard and cold (I assumed they wouldn't be dense enough to keep warm cookies in the fridge part of the truck, but I stand corrected). I was trying to cheer myself up on a bad day and it just made it worse. To get a refund, they are saying I must return it tomorrow. I work tomorrow so my mother will have to return them. Waste of ~$40. Probably won't get a refund on the $10 delivery fee either. Will never be ordering from them again. WASTE OF MONEY AND TIME.
