What can I say about this place. On Mothers day I ordered a arrangement and was promised it would be delivered on time. Well let just say that never did happen. Horrible horrible. So awful my mother was waiting for her gift that never came so embarrassing. Than I said ok due to everything I gave them the benefit of doubt and so I ordered another arrangement for my daughters graduation. Well this time Ediable Arrangements gave me a store closest to me and I placed my oder and paid for it. Now for day of pick I went to pick up my order and the store was actually closed down. Closed Down and they let me order from this store. So I called customer care and was told "Oh ya sorry we were suppose to take that store off website a while ago". Can you believe that? Now am out a graduation gift for my daughter. This place is horrible horrible.. By far the worsr customer service ever... Thanks to Pomona store they made me my arrangement last minute...

Just want to add to the one stars! This company ruined my moms Mother’s Day!! Don’t use!!

I ordered a gift for my daughter's Birthday online and.....it never came. Very disappointed and embarrassing! I had told her and she waited, waited and waited.....on her Birthday! For a reputable company I expected a text, call or e-mail to inform me about the delay or no delivery and I probably would not be as angry as I am. They did ask me for a phone number and must have forgotten? When I called today I got a lame excuse about UPS being a mess because of the pendemic. My refund supposedly underway, still to be seen. 1. The way of delivery was their choice and " edibles" shouldn't offer delivery if they think their carrier is a mess. 2. "Edibles" needs to improve their communication with their clients and let them know if anything went wrong with their order. Instead they left me waiting and wondering. I wont take a chance and will not order ever again from " edibles"! I also will not recommend " edibles" and will share my experience with anyone who needs input before using this company.

Would give less than 1 star if possible. Ordered 10days in advance. It’s 15 days later and still has not been delivered. Called and was told “the local store will call” then if they can’t help I could call back for a refund. I have to make all the calls and still waiting for “the local store” to call. Now EA won’t answer because always closed or busy Do Not Use This Service!

I ordered (2) Mothers Day baskets for My Mom & Mother in law which totaled a little over $300. Nothing was delivered at all to my Mother nor my Mother in law and when I reached out to the store located at 12844 S Ashland Ave Calumet-park, IL 60827 Phone # 708-396-3103, I received NO ANSWER & I COULD NOT LEAVE A VOICEMAIL MESSAGE because their mailbox is Full! They had the AUDACITY TO charge me for one of the baskets and it was not delivered. They did however, refund $200 for the other basket! My Mother in-law expressed to my husband that she Never received the basket which is just SAD!!! They have truly made what should have been and could have been a wonderful Mother’s Day A very SAD & DISAPPOINTING Mother’s Day!!!! I would NOT EVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE & I will be in touch with the Better Business Bureau!!!!

If I could give no stars I would.... almost 90 dollars later, my mother received her fruit 3 days AFTER they were scheduled to drop it off. To the wrong house AND it HOT fruit! Never again!

I ordered a gift for Mother’s Day that I had delivered two days before. Not only did I get it at almost 10 pm but it was also missing items. I have been trying to get a hold of someone about this since and no one has answered. I have left several messages, emails and filled out numerous feedback forms. For the price it would be nice to have customer service that gets back to the customers. Terrible business. Never going back!!

Worst customer service ever. I have been ordering from edible arrangements for years and there are many different locations to choose from. Do not order from here. Order from the next one within your area. They take no responsibility for their errors. I ordered an $80 arrangement for Mother’s Day and after it didn’t arrive had to search for them to ask what happened. No call letting me know and when I did speak to someone, was yelled at and given basically the excuse Oh well, we are busy! There are just way too many other options and places to give my money too. I will never make them that mistake again with the Evanston location !
