Worst customer service ever. Did not deliver, did not call, although promised a call from the local store. Customer service is farmed overseas. Canned answers to all questions. Tried four times with the customer service line and got the same answer every time, that the store would call within 24 hours. No one ever called. Never got the order.

I ordered an arrangement to send to my family for party on Xmas eve. The order was delivered to the wrong address. The people at the wrong address ate the entire arrangement. We called to ask where it was and we were told it was in transit. I tried to reach them over the holidays but closed. Reached them today and was told that she didn't know if I get a refund. Hours later still waiting for a response. Don't order from this company it's a scam. Terrible customer service. Im out a few hundred dollars with no resolution. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER !!!

Not the company to order from when in heavy demand from a season like Christmas. Made three Festive orders to family out of town. Was to have been red, white and green as depicted in company website. Flowers we’re virtually entirely yellow, some dead on arrival, began wilting within 12 hours and were all in the garbage witching 48 hours. Sad. If you can’t keep up with demand and provide a worthwhile product, get out of the business. Will not be using Ottawa franchise for services in the future.

It is just sad that customer service means nothing. I was told about the *high call volume* even though removing funds from my account was expedited. I was on hold for 20 minutes. Never again. Issue has not been resolved. My order was placed on December 16, 2021.

I am very disappointed with my delivery. It was for a special occasion, my boss' last day. They made the delivery without including the personalized card and bouquet. They did refund a portion of my money but the moment was ruined.

I live in Summerville sc. I order arrangements for my wife for a special occasion. I request special colors that match the occasion. When my wife received the arrangement it was all wrong. The word we're spelled wrong, the colors too. I called to let them know I was very disappointed and they said that they were doing me a favor by customizing my arrangement when I paid extra for it.They also promised me my money back but didn't do that either. I was told they will never do colors again because they have to many orders and that it's to much. My surprise was no long a surprise anymore. It was a Disaster.

This is the worst company! I received an order last week, when my son passed away. It said greeting card enclosed. There was no card. The ice opened up in box & the fruit was tossed all around in box. I can’t even thank the person who took their time out to send it to me. I called corporate, Los gators store & Reno store. No one cared enough to help me. I wrote a bad review on this company. They sent me a message to call another number. When I called it I got the same run around. Stay away from this company. I had to give a 1to write a review. They deserve a 0. I will be posting on Facebook to avoid this company!

Local store (Lansing, IL) called me to say they couldn't deliver my order; I provided a name, title, address and contact number for a single-building community college at a major intersection. The package was to be delivered to the college president. when I asked for the persons name (who identified themselves as the manager) they hung up on me. Then after spending an hour on the phone with corporate, they said the local store refused to refund me my same day delivery fee. Also, the "manager"told the corporate office I was rude to her ( I guess asking to whom an I speaking with is rude) that's why she hung up. She them went on to change the reasons for not delivering my package twice, first saying they didnt know which building and then that I didn't provide any contact information. corporate said they were basically powerless to do anything. I tried them once, NEVER AGAIN Carol is the horrible, lying manager.
