So far Great Service
So far Great Service, but I haven't received my order yet. I ordered from eCosmetics because I originally started ordering through the main company of Dermoia website for my shampoo/conditioner but the 2nd time I placed the order through Dermoia they sent me the wrong shampoo so they agreed to send the correct shampoo but again sent me the same wrong shampoo then they refused to contact me for 3 weeks after sending me the wrong shampoo twice, and after leaving them multiple messages and emails they emailed saying even though they sent me the wrong shampoo it was all the same so in other words they weren't sending me what I ordered and have failed to reach out to me since so I will never order through Dermoia website again, and was so thankful to find my brand on e-Cosmetics website and have faith that everything will turn out great, and look forward to finally receiving my shampoo! Thank You e-Cosmetics!

I was so excited to receive one of my favorite perfume. I found your website and was excited to order I even order 2 bottles and for my disappointment the perfume didn’t smell like the original one.
