Phenomenal
Phenomenal! Probably the best beauty supply website out there. The prices are unbeatable and sales are literally criminal. You cannot find a better price in-store or online!! Shop at the right time (coupons and discount codes) and you will never shop elsewhere. Frequent flyers enjoy all of the benefits!!

Great Products & Customer Service
I love the 2 Blend Bunny palettes (Blends, Ellis) & the Laniege Lip Mask. They are great products for great prices & eCosmetics is always having sales. Also, their customer service is amazing. I had a problem with a bottle that had spilled because it had not been properly closed and they are sending me a replacement.

Black Friday Coupon Code is Whack
Trying to buy a couple items I usually order thru the site—always with a coupon code!— but the BFSALE coupon code won’t work and it reverts to casually recommending a code equating HALF as much savings instead. This is an especially shady and offensive strategy since the original Black Friday email clearly states the BFSALE code includes “everything.” There’s even an updated one today stating specifically that it includes, “makeup, haircare, skincare, fragrances, and so much more with code BFSALE.” Actually, it hasn’t worked on anything I’ve put in my bag. How convenient that there’s no explanation on why—just an alternate code to slash the savings in half. Good thing most of us aren’t too stupid to figure out all the individual vendors have 30% off on their individual sites this weekend too, so we can just shop where they give the discounts they promise people.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. I want to sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and confusion you've experienced with our promotion. With our coupon codes, exclusions apply with certain brands due to manufacturer policy. This is included in our disclaimer in our email promotion. However, please rest assured that our customer care team is always happy to assist you. A customer care representative has reached out to you for further assistance. If you have any other questions or concerns, our customer care representatives are available Monday through Friday, from 8 a.m. to 11 p.m. EST, and from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. EST on Saturday and Sunday.

This is my first time using ecosmetics
This is my first time using ecosmetics. I was a little un first, but thought that I would try it! Purchasing was fine, prices were fine, mailing and delivery was fast enough. So the company processed everything fine. But, my merchandise shows that it was delivered. It was not delivered. I was home all day. Received numerous packages from various companies. nothing from this company.
