Only buy a car from these people if you're planning to purchase the warranty. Without it, they won’t stand behind their vehicles after just seven days—buyer beware. I could go into more detail, but the bottom line is simple: with companies like this, the real cost includes the warranty. That “too good to be true” price? It’s how they get you.

I love this place there is no pressure to buy, everyone works together there's a place for the kids to hang out, and there is lots of drinks to choose from. I love the free vacuum for everyone to keep your car clean inside and out! Everyone is soo helpfully here

I have had more issues with the Jeep I purchased from Echo Park than any other vehicle I have owned before. I attempted to have the shop fix some of the issues, but they told me it was a loose gas cap and disconnected my battery to clear the error codes. Total BS. I have poured $600 into repairs since purchasing the vehicle in October 2016. They are just another sleezy car dealership selling used vehicles they barely inspect. I will NEVER buy another vehicle from them OR have them service my vehicle unless it is covered as a warranty repair.
