No customer service specialist management I make appointment for oil change he counseled me twice with not knowing anything...... I went to buy a car there The sales man he supposed to call me he never call He Lose my time i'll lose my day for nothing I lose money that day because I don't work I am not happy at all with them i call the manager to complain he never call me back i'll drive by there to complain to management he's hiding he's always in a meeting The car there is very expensive always $3000-$4000 more and he'll lie to you he told you we don't charge handling and dealer fee he's a liar The dealer and handling fee is $400 but he charge you $4000 more for the car 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎

Great company

After taking our GMC Terrain in many times over the past several months, both paying for repairs and then subsequently being told the engine light code was 'not active', our car promptly broke down the next day. We took it to another dealership and they were able to fix the problem within a couple of hours. We were told that a 'cheap, after market' part was installed by Echo Park, and that it was a faulty part, causing the engine to not start and the engine light to be on. Very discouraging, since Echo Park could not identify the problem, and on top of that, told us that the engine code was not even an active one.

Deb did us an excellent job. First visit we drove 3 trucks and walked away,I called two days later and asked to have a truck brought in from the Lakewood lot. Deb had it there the next day and we bought it. I have recommenced Echo Park to many friends and three have bought cars from you. Thank you for such a great Job Ken & Maria Koger
