If there's more than five stars I will rate Echo Park with more than that their Service is outstanding on time and very courteous they're very understanding to my situation and how important is my safety I do appreciate their commitment and their hard work

Every single time I when to EchoPark to get my car serviced they would do such a terrible job. Each and every time they worked on my car I would leave with missing car parts or broken car pieces, worst of all they always want to blame it on their outside contractors that work in their repair shop.

My experience was great

Doing business with Echo Park is like being taken care of by your family. Nichole & Steve are always so courteous and professional. Purchasing cars from Aubrey is such an Awesome experience. Aubrey truly knows how to take care of a customer like no other dealer. Our family is sold on Echo Park and will continue to only purchase our vehicles from Aubrey and his Staff. We love the Echo Park Experience, there's nothing like it out there in the auto sales world.

While they put on an incredible sales front, they extremely over charged me. Now I'm stuck with a car I need to refinance but can't because I'm so far upside down on my loan. All the little work they did to the car does not make up for how much they ripped me off.

I wish the car wash would be open on Sundays!

We have bought 2 vehicles at two separate occasions from EchoPark, and traded in a vehicle once. They are the absolute best and go way out of their way to meet your expectations and needs! They are professional, courteous, and low-key! We will absolutely go to EchoPark again when we need our next vehicle!
