Our experience at EchoPark in Orlando was fantastic. Tyrone and his assistant were super friendly and helpful and selling our car was very easy and all above board. We couldn't be any happier with the process and their service. They also gave us the price that was quoted in the email, unlike other such dealerships who emailed us a quote and then when we went in with the car, it suddenly was thousands of dollars less. I highly recommend EchoPark in Orlando.

EchoPark pitfall
Hi. I am doing my best to review this company in as many places as possible so that others can avoid the grief that they put me through. In any case, I did my due diligence to find the best price for selling our vehicle. I found EchoPark and did their only evaluation - answering every question 100% accurately. Upon finishing, we got an offer of $8,100. I was pleased with this so we made an appointment.
We had to take 2 cars 30 miles to this appointment. We got there and found Mike. He had to go out and inspect our vehicle. Upon coming in, he asked if it had been painted. I said yes. He said that he can only offer us $3,500. That was less than half of the original offer!! I told him that I answered everything online honestly and he did not give a crap.
I assured him that I will be going after his company for him wasting half of our day, plus gas,... If you are considering selling your vehicle, do yourself a favor and stay away from this place.
I hope that this helps many people.

Initially
Initially, I was satisfied with my purchase at EchoPark. Elijah served as my salesperson and provided excellent service.
However, a problem arose shortly afterward. Within two days of acquiring my 2024 Volkswagen Jetta, I was compelled to bring the vehicle in due to an "engine service soon" alert. The vehicle's performance declined, and I encountered an error message stating P0010: Camshaft Position Actuator Circuit (Bank 1), indicating an electrical fault or failure with the camshaft adjuster valve. Consequently, I contacted EchoPark, and Orlando in the service department advised me to proceed to the Volkswagen dealership, given that the vehicle has only 48,000 miles and remains under warranty. Accordingly, I took the vehicle to Autonation in Buford, Georgia, on May 12.
The vehicle was received on May 7, and the issues commenced on May 9. As part of my plans to visit Autonation, I was informed I would take an Uber to EchoPark after dropping off the vehicle. However, it took nearly two hours before I received assistance in arranging the rideshare. I interacted with at least five different staff members, none of whom were aware of the situation. Eventually, I spoke with Assistant General Manager Talon, who was exceedingly helpful and assisted me in reaching EchoPark. I waited at EchoPark for over an hour and was provided with a loaner vehicle as compensation for the inconvenience.
Talon attempted to explore options for acquiring a different vehicle through the financing bank; however, the requirements for the vehicle I desired were more stringent. I subsequently decided against the Volkswagen due to the need for maintenance shortly after purchase. Since then, I have contacted Talon via phone and text messages without receiving any response. As of today, May 29, my vehicle has been in service since May 12, and no one, including Talon, has contacted me since May 15, despite multiple calls and messages. Rod in Sales called me and let me know my vehicle is ready to be picked up and arranged a rideshare as I returned the loaner.
I am currently paying for a vehicle I have only possessed for five days, at a high interest rate. I also contacted EchoPark corporate, engaging with several agents and personnel, who ultimately provided minimal assistance and offered little follow-up despite my requests for a callback to discuss alternative options.
This situation is entirely unacceptable and constitutes poor business conduct. I am disheartened by how EchoPark has managed this problem, especially considering its simplicity to resolve.
Nevertheless, I would like to acknowledge the exemplary service provided by Rod, the Service Manager, or Sales Manager. His professionalism and dedication were outstanding and deserve recognition, potentially in the form of a raise or promotion.
Although EchoPark did provide a loaner vehicle—an act of kindness—it does not mitigate the inconvenience caused nor the manner in which this matter has been handled. Management should have been more proactive in addressing this issue, maintaining constant communication, and seeking solutions that benefit both the customer and the organization.
The total without labor in the picture is shown. The total with labor was over $5k for a vehicle I just purchased.
PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU ARE AWARE OF YOUR VEHICLE PURCHASE. Thank God mine was under warranty.
EchoPark you guys need to do better and compensate me for this major problem.

I had an appointment at 130 pm to sell my car at the Orlando Echo Park. I live one hour and forty-five from the place. It was pouring rain with an accident on the highway that was going to set my drive back another 30 minutes. I called to let them know right away and they told me that will be fine. When I arrived I was met by a guy named Tyrone that came out and shook my hand and said sorry but I have another customer and then he said he had leave and couldn't help me out at all. Who wouldn't be upset driving now 4 hours back and forth to just be told sorry. This is probably the biggest smack in the face of doing business with anyone my entire life. I was treated like absolute garbage. I called to complain and the lady felt horrible from what happened and said she would have her manager call me back right away. I told her that would be fine but the only tho g in my eyes that could even make me feel whole again is if they fire Tyrone from the Orlando location. Hopefully they will call me back to let me know they let Tyrone go. And if Tyrone reads this, I truly hope you get fired for wasting my time.

My experience was wonderful when Claire helped us out
My experience was wonderful when purchasing my 2025 Mazda CX 70. They gave me a better interest rate than the bank I qualified a day earlier did. Claire Olsen was awesome to work with and she finalized the deal in a very timely manner. We win be working with her again 👍👍

EchoPark sent me an online offer of $5,163 for my 2012 Ford Fusion SE (VIN 3FAHP0HA9CR158696), valid until May 18 or 500 miles. They also offered an additional $500 bonus if I committed to selling within 48 hours, which is why I moved quickly.
Before driving anywhere, I called EchoPark and asked their agent directly whether the offer was real. I was told it might come down by a couple hundred dollars after inspection, but I would be getting paid close to the quoted amount. That was good enough for me to commit.
Based on that written offer and verbal confirmation, I drove from Philadelphia to the Virginia Beach location — roughly 12 hours of driving round trip, plus gas and tolls — inside the 48-hour bonus window.
At the lot, their technician inspected the car and identified some issues. Fair enough — that's why the agent on the phone said the price might drop a couple hundred. But instead of honoring anything close to the original offer, EchoPark walked it back almost entirely and essentially told me the car wasn't worth buying.
Here is the problem: the issues their technician found are normal wear on a 2012 vehicle. EchoPark's own system generated the $5,163 offer knowing exactly what year, trim, and VIN they were quoting. If that number was wrong, that is EchoPark's appraisal failure — not a reason to drag a seller 12 hours across state lines and then refuse to honor it.
What I'd want other sellers to know:
1. The online offer is not a real commitment, even when an agent confirms it over the phone.
2. The 48-hour bonus is bait to get you to drive immediately, before you have time to shop the offer elsewhere.
3. "Minor condition issues" will be used to justify almost any walk-back, regardless of what was promised.
I would have respected an honest "we can take $200–$300 off for these issues, here is your check." Instead it was a full bait-and-switch. Getting offers from CarMax and Carvana now and would strongly recommend anyone reading this do the same before wasting a tank of gas on EchoPark.

I purchased a 2023 Hyundai Kona SEL…
I purchased a 2023 Hyundai Kona SEL Electric car from Echo Park in Avondale on March 28th, 2026 and the finance manager or sales person never disclosed to me that they were taking my vehicle registration that I paid until May 2027 and used it to pay for my new registration. In my eyes, these should be two different transactions. This seems very shady. I should have received a check from the DMV for overpaying on my old car. Which I usually get with each new car I purchased in the past. I thought I was paying for a brand-new registration for my 2023 Hyundai SEL Electric car, but the DMV said they used my refund to pay for part of my new registration. I feel like the dealership did this to make more profit. The finance person only talked to me for about 2 minutes. They never asked how I wanted the title of my car. I felt like they didn’t go over things well.
If you buy a car from Echo Park, really look over your contract and ask a lot of questions. I would buy a car from Carvana or Car Max to avoid the $699 doc fee and $699 paint protection fee. These are just junk fees to make the dealership rich. I will never do business with this dealership again.
