I looked everywhere online to buy a certain car with the features we wanted and needed. Over 30 dealerships easily texting calling and emailing with all of them then came echo park in irondale al a young lady named Katie Emmal text me to ask if she could help. This young lady went way beyond to help me and got me the exact car for the exact price. She was very understanding of my needs having combat ptsd she was on the spot with ideas of a more peaceful quote location to finish my paper work. Out in the car in a little room in the back asking all the while if I were ok. She was back in a flash with paper work broke everything down for me as what was what. I was out of there all signed in my new car in about 30 minutes if that. It literally took longer to buy car mats at Walmart when I left the dealership. This lady (( Katie )) is a true gem and one of a kind person.

I wound up despising and disposing of the vehicle on account of this, the credit was settled completely, Bank of America said that they have sent Reverberation confirmation of $0 total weeks prior and still Reverberation is saying that they have no verification that the heap is paid. BofA is conveying another 0-balance letter to me and Reverberation and I have requested that Reverberation contact the BofA delegate on her immediate number so she can get a fax number to send that let straightforwardly to them. Check whether that finishes. Then, at that point, I get by Reverberation that regardless of whether they get the letter, B of A should return the check that Reverberation shipped off them rather than me, and when the letter is in and they can handle the check it would be another 6 two months before I should see my check. Altogether,

Sales rep lied to me during purchase which ended up with me paying more tax. Now going through trying to get something done with the title and I have been given the run around multiple times with no one seeming to help. The car was a decent deal but with dealing with all the other stuff is a giant pain, buy somewhere else if you can. The second they sign the contract the post sale support is pretty terrible.

If I could give them no stars I would. They are very attentive right up until you make the purchase -- then there is NO communication. I wired my down-payment and now 6 days later they are still saying they have not received it - although my bank says it has gone through. I am begining to think I was scammed!! Will NEVER do business with EchoPark Colorado Springs again.
