Dear Edwin Diana, We are sorry to hear about your negative experience, and appreciate you taking the time to share your concerns. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused to you and will ensure that we meet your expectations of quality and service. With regards to your query in particular, the promotional fare available for your route was not available on that set of dates and we would also like to inform you that special fares are always subject to availability and get sold out very fast and the only option we are left with is to offer the next available fare for confirmed seats which can, sometimes, be considerably higher. To address your concerns more effectively, we would like to continue this conversation privately. Please reach out to us at [email protected] so we can work on resolving this. We can assure you of the best available price and also give you the lowest are guarantee as well.
