I traveled January this year I had similar experience as a number of people reviewing this site. Tickets were not issued . When i called to find out why the person said i incorrectly put the wrong zip code and they couldnt finalize my booking. When they corrected my info the same price wasnt available . I definitely put the correct zip code and they definitely did this on purpose. Unethical!

Google Flights advertised that I could save money booking through ebooktrip, so I gave them a shot. My booking ultimately didn't go through, which resulted in me spending 20 minutes on the phone the next day to book a later flight. That flight should have been the same price, but instead it cost me $110 more than advertised. The agent also told me that my fare included one checked bag, which it did not. ebooktrip is a useless middleman operation that charges you an exorbitant service fee to copy your information into a carrier's website and then email you the results. Just book directly yourself. Don't be misled by any promise of savings.

The first time I tried to book a flight with them, my payment information did not work. When I tried to take action to secure my ticket, I could not get ahold of the company over the phone (and there was no other option for taking action). My ticket reservation was cancelled because I could not take needed action within 24 hours. When I tried to rebook the flight, they told me ticket prices had skyrocketed. Thinking that was the only option, I booked the flight again. I checked flights through other companies later and found a much cheaper flight that matched my original ticket price. I called to cancel the flight and got a cancellation confirmation email, but still got charged for the flight even though I cancelled within 24 hours and was told I would receive a full refund.

like many others have experienced, I booked the ticket and after not receiving the ticket number for some time, I called the customer support only to find out that my purchase did not go through because the rate has already increased by $200. disappointed with the lack of transparency

I booked a flight and was told that the credit card had the wrong zipcode. Agent tried to increase fare by $400 per ticket and I was told that I couldn't cancel the booking after he got the "correct" zipcode from me. Ended up talking to a manager who changed the fare to $200 increase, I was tired of being run around and did not what the hassle of disputing the charge with AMX, so I paid it... never again

I booked the ticket for 774 and then they called and increased my ticket price by 115$ more, which I didn’t like, one price in website and other in person

Price changed multiple times. Got calls back and had to pay more than the tickets I purchased.

their plans for Travel assist services were worded in vague ways so that got me suspicious and I came to read reviews and even though I almost checked out to book a flight I am going to catch myself and go another route. Please do read the little i in the circle for further explanation of no fees for change of flights.
