I would not recommend doing business with Ebooktrip. They have terrible customer service. Working with them ended up costing me an additioal $210 per ticket. I booked international flights for our group through their company and when I got my confirmation, I realized I has misspelled one of our party's names. I called within 10 minutes to update the ticket, as was told that NO CORRECTION could be made and that the only way to correct the name, was to cancel the entire reservation which would cost $100 PER PERSON and rebook the tickets. I cancelled the existing reservation which was expensive, and tried to rebook the tickets, which were now costing an additional $110 per ticket. Needless to say, I did not rebook with their company,

Booked a ticket online... 18 hours they sent an email saying the ticket is not available and to call. Call and wait on hold to find out that they do not have tickets at that price went from $491 to $765. Total scam. Stay away.

Indian Scam call center, this is fake online agency you book they call you and want to incrase your flight +300USD always. This will be reported to FBI.

Beware of Ebooktrip.comScam I recently purchased a flight ticket through Ebooktrip.com, and the price was displayed in Canadian dollars. Despite having an email confirmation showing the CAD price, they insisted on charging me an additional $300 to issue the ticket. This is a clear scam, and they are likely stealing people's information and credit card details. Avoid this website at all costs!

DEFINITE SCAM: I bought 3 tickets on Aug 27, 2024 for a good price. I got a call the next morning from them saying the price was in US$ and not CAD$. I have a clear email from them quoting and confirming the CAD$ rate. They said that was a glitch in the system and that I have to pay an extra C$304 for them to issue the ticket. The Supervisor I spoke to (Kenny ID# 1063) confirmed there is nothing they can do even though I had already made the booking. Complete scam and cheats! Their commitment has no value. Based on other feedback I have seen, this is a trend. Avoid at all costs.

The agent was very patient and stayed with me on the phone to get all what I needed done and I was able to get the ticket I needed at an affordable price. I was very pleased.
