Schedule changes are never controlled by the travel agents and are affected by multiple factors including but not limited to weather conditions and the airline’s ability to make that connection on that day. With regards to your query in particular, the promotional fare available for your route was not available on that set of dates and we would also like to inform you that special fares are always subject to availability and get sold out very fast and the only option we are left with is to offer the next available fare for confirmed seats which can, sometimes, be considerably higher. Unfortunately, we could not locate any booking ID with your name and the available information in the review. In addition to the above, we would also like to point out that we are not Trivago and it seems that the review you posted is because of an experience which happened with Trivago and not with us (Ebooktrip.com)
